Tri State Awnings, Sloatsburg NY

I am very satisfied with the awning and Sukkah I got from Tri State Awnings, it was worth every penny! The preparations for Yom Tov this year was a breeze! I was exceptionally surprised how fast the assembly took, I didn't have to wait around too long. By the first strong rain it leaked in against the building and they came immediately to fix it. Very impressed!

They will give you all the smiles when scheduling a new install. Good luck getting them to come fix something. Their service department is horrible. Very upsetting.
Edit: owner comments that I should contact them with no contact number. Been trying for weeks. You can give me a call to get this sorted it. It is completely out of hand

We had a great experience, sales rep was very helpful, product with excellent quality, perfection through the last detail.

Tristate has excellent customer service. They always stand behind their product. We did a big job and they came down numerous times to make sure it is done to perfection.

I got an Awning and a sukkah from Tri State Awnings, they helped me through out the whole process, very knowledgeable and great product, the salesmen Yossi was very nice and gave us the greatest customer service.we've been enjoying it for a few years now.very highly recommended.
