Patient care is #1 here. My grandma gets treated better here than millionaires at 5 star resorts. Thank you guys!

I must say that your service is very good, my grand father is much better then earlier. Staff is very helpful and food was good. Recommended personaly

So sad this place never answers the phone always transferred to a answering service. No one ever calls you back. I’m I the only one this happens to. I can’t even say Happy Birthday to my father and he made it to 82years old. I have Agoraphobia with panic attacks that means I don’t leave my house Thank you

NEGLECTS PATIENTS. Staff leaves patients sitting in their own filth for hours. Does not allow patients to see doctors and physical therapist as often as needed and allowed for by insurance. Does not adjust food to patient dietary needs. Staff talk about other patients medical history in front of other patients and visitors. Staff forces patients to take medication that makes them sick.

Management threatens to fire staff who actually help patients.

The facility also has employees leaving five star reviews to make themselves look better.

Staff also threaten patients that if they transfer to another center that they'll just be abused worse.

Staff is telling patients they tested negative for covid when they NEVER TESTED THEM

They never answer the phone your loved could be dead for all you know they are rude and can’t get it together worst place ever!

My bestfriend is currently in this Rehabilitation care facility he recently had hip replacement surgery and was sent there, He's only been there one day and there's already some problems for one there's only one staff through the night for over 40 people on top of that he soiled himself twice and it took them over an hour to come and clean him and he has open wounds and staples which could get infected but they didn't care, They then put his walker on the other side of the room making it hard for him to get up, Today I was on the phone with him he told the nurse his diaper was wet and had been wet for a couple of hours already and the nurse told him they would change him after lunch which is probably 11: 00 or 12: 00pm he expected him to sit there AGAIN with a wet diaper to catch an infection, He's only been there one day and already having all these issues in this facility, That one specific staff member doesn't know how to treat his patients and shouldn't be working there! His stay will be documented incase anything does happen while he's under Triboro's care!

The nurses really know how to take care of the residents i know it was difficult to see him through Covid but at least my father was safe from getting infected from the virus. I really do appreciate that they were able to handle his needs and at the same time make sure he was safe

This facility really gives my loved one the care and respect they deserve.so happy here with my decision!

Terrible service they don’t update their charts it’s Saturday and the chart still says Monday. They don’t attend their patients. I have alerted nurses to com attend my mother and it took them over a hour to come to her room. While here I have not seen a nurse come check on her and this is multiple weeks this happens.

This place is poorly run. If you love the person don’t let them go there. Security at front desk all have attitudes. Nurses don’t wanna help. You leave voicemails and some people respond some don’t

I have been trying for over 3 weeks to reach someone from the center to get some information about my next of kin and have yet to reach a live person.

The care and patience that they have provided to my cousin has been amazing so happy that i sent her here.

I'm so happy my parents sent my grandfather to this center. We all thought he would be miserable but everybody is so kind and warm. My grandfather loves the food and activities. God bless this place!

My Uncle recently came here for a broken leg and told me that the are amazing staff and extremely helpful always there when u needed them, comfortable beds and delicious food is served for him every day 10/10 amazing!

Worst department: Human Resources! The old lady doesn’t respect employees and treated everyone very sourly. Disgusting!

Do not work here Especially if you are from an agency. Not worth it!

Had a great time when I needed a nursing home to recover from. Admin is sweet and very friendly and the nurses there are incredible.

Unfortunately uncle Jerry had to go in for rehab. Thankfully it was a short stay. But he can’t stop praising the dedicated staff of Triboro Center. So thank you.
