3What back closes at 1 on a Friday and not open Saturday at all? I unable to get direct deposit and I called to rectify the situation only to be told maybe I didn't add my middle name to both work and bank documents. I came in to fill out some paperwork only to get a call a few days later that it was incomplete. I tried to banker look over the documents but she was reluctant to do anything due to covid. She could have read over the document while I practice social distracting.
Like the credit union for in person transactions but the online service is terrible! Way to many system failures. Now they have a new website and it is down over twenty four hours! This is unacceptable! Will have to switch to a real bank for better online services. I do most of my transactions that way so I need better service!
This credit union is not helping the people during the pandemic. How are they offering a loan of 9% when interest rates are at 0?
