Has gone downhill and the owners have gotten too big for their britches thinking they can charge what the big name worlds winning gyms are charging. Kids are bullied and a blind eye is turned. There are some wonderful coaches but there are also those who scream in kids faces. Take your child elsewhere if you think athletes should be in a positive environment. If you’re okay with them being belittled and talked down to and talked about and yelled at, I seriously question you as a parent wanting to keep your kid in that.

This gym has became my second family. I look back and think I would never have what I do today without them. I moved my entire life here. My first apartment was out here because of this gym. I met my husband here and we have our child and bought our house out here… this all happened because I made the choice to be at Triple Threat!

Not only is Triple Threat my 2nd family but they have allowed me to grow in so many different ways. I love it here and would 1000% recommend!

I can't say enough about the amazing experience we have had being apart of the 3TA family. My child has grown into an awesome young adult and athlete because of the amazing staff. I highly recommend Triple Threat not only for the cheer skills you can gain, but also for positive life skills your child will gain.

Been apart of this gym since 2011! Cheering and dancing then became a coach in 2015! This gym has become my FAMILY! The atmosphere of 3TA is unmatched by any other gym in the capital region. 3TA cares about each individual that steps foot into their doors. They’re not just a number, they’re a person who we see as family that wants to improve their skills in the sport we all love. Highly recommend it here, I promise you won’t be disappointed!?

Let me begin to say there are a couple amazing coaches that truly care about the kids. But this gym has taken a dive over this last year. To not offer private lessons or classes over the summer and have coaches complain about kids not getting any better. To have the owner of the gym offer the only private lessons to only have kids come back and say he spent the majority of the time on his phone. Eunique is unprofessional with his outbursts and his ethics towards his employees. It’s no wonder why countless coaches have quit, from the toxic environment he bolsters from missing practices to be on vacation to the lack of even paying the coaches. When I’ve personally paid plenty of money to this program and I hear there are coaches that devote so much time to this gym that haven’t been paid since April of 2021. The labor laws this gym has violated is astonishing. If you have any respect for your children, take them anywhere else!

My daughter just started her 3rd year with 3TA & honestly this gym has put a huge boost in my daughters confidence, athleticism and overall strength. In the past 3 years she not only flourished as an athlete but a person. She has worked very hard with coaches and owners on skills and has been pushed to her full potential with every practice and private lesson. She has never walked out of the gym feeling down on herself or skills. Jah & E are very transparent. Coaches are held accountable and work very hard to make sure our athletes are safe and working hard. 3TA has provided a stable environment for my child through COVID & every year just goes above and beyond. I can't wait to see what our future holds with the gym and fellow parents and athletes.
