OMG! What can I say. Nothing but kudos to David, Erica and the rest of the team. David warned me up front that he would be a thorn in my side for at least 45 days in order to close my loan as I was under a time constraint due to court litigation with a family member. He and the rest of the team worked professionally and diligently to get the best rate and close on time in order to meet the court deadline.
