Worst car wash ever please save your money go pass this car wash. Just go to the Bronx trust me

Never ever satisfied with there service I mean never both car wash on Utica Ave poor service if they think you will not tip your car will be missing part of service that you paid for i use to tip not anymore

It's okay. After the wash, you still have to clean the car. And when you expect them to really wipe down the car, they don't really do a good job. But it's alright.

Your car will be treated in the best way with some very friendly people that will clean it inside out.

Let me share a secret with you.
If the workers at a car wash are anything BUT Hispanic, steer clear.

Worst car wash! Charged me so much money and when I got back into the car it was still so dirty

Its 7pm and the place suppose to close at 8: 45pm on a Saturday. They told me its closed. Horrible business.

Horrible customer service is very rigid and unprofessional. Car wash was very slow. I was there too long for such quick service.

Sloppy job, windows came out with a ton of streaks worse than when I came in and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to whipe down my car. First and last time coming here

They didn't vacuum my car good or give me armor oil w/o me telling them I paid for it. If I were a man I don't think I'd have been given that treatment. N the dry off guy said all women are evil!

They are the worst.it's not the workers it's the management, they are under investigation Do not trust you car in this car wash

Never again, paid for a platinum wash.had to go get someone because they fails to clean the mats vacuum the back seat and after going thru the wash car had a dirt ring from mid door down to edge of door.rude employees and they all need customer service training.

They are thieves they stole my phone out of the car. I left it in the armrest console charging which is closed you had to open the armrest to find the phone.

Good wash and shampoo service, had to go back because something was removed from my car and not returned.however they located the item upon my return

WORST PLACE EVER! THEY SCRATCHED MY RIM AND GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR 2 DAYS. HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO DEAL WITH IT.

Super creepy guys, mediocre wash.there's a good car wash on Coney Island Ave and church Ave, it's a bit of a drive but definitely worth the trip

They do awesome work on washing your car. But some of the workers need work on their customer service skills. Other than that I recommend this place its awesome!

One of the worst car washes in Brooklyn, management is horrible and they refused to take responsibility for damage they did to my car, went in with no scratch and came out with a huge scratch on the side of my car and management refuse to take responsibility. Do not recommend anyone go here.
