Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Staten Island NY

We have order from this location many time ever since it opened. The passed two months we must have ordered from Uber Eats 6-8 times already. But have no idea why, the passed two times we have order the smoothies, after consuming it, we ended up with stomachaches, not sure what exactly caused it, If is the sanitizing of the equipment used or the ingredients. So disappointed

The smoothies are delicious but the wait is ridiculous. I made an order online for a certain time and when I got to the location it wasn’t ready. The girl didn’t even start my order yet, she completed the ones in the store first. Also, she seen me standing there and didn’t even ask for the name for the pick up. I waited 15 minutes for an order I ordered. That’s not even the end, when I got home I drank it and there was a lot of spinach at the bottom. If you want a smoothie head to the tropical smoothie on Richmond Ave.

Stopped by to get a smoothie, smoothie was great. The customer service was terrible. I used a card, the girl at the counter never gives me the recipe walks away with a attitude. Then puts the drink on the counter doesnt say a word. I said to myself she must hate her job.

I ordered online. I walked in. This was the second time I was complete ignored. The first time I thought it was my approach so this time I was very patient. They were busy so I waited till the store cleared out. The cashier goes on break right before I go from the pick up side to the register. I stand at the register for a few more minutes at witch point my food was sitting on the shelf 15 minutes. I simply told them they never looked up or called out for the orders that were sitting on the shelf. I did not want it cold. I asked for a refund and was told I would get it. Two weeks later I still don’t have it. I’ve been going there for a long time and I don’t know if it’s staffing issues but it just keeps getting worst.

Food is good dont know how its possible to mess it up but DO NOT order delivery from this spot. Every single time i make an order for delivery, something ends up missing and they blame it on the driver or cause they “didnt see it”. A bunch of people working here that just dont care unless you’re in the store and then they make you call 4 seperate numbers to get refunds.

Food is great, store is clean but wait time can be long and the staff isn't always attentive. Still worth it in my opinion.

My order was mixed up and I didn't get one of my smoothies, got to my destination before I realized it. Sad thing I couldn't go back

I like the brightness of the store decor. I love reading their menu. The prices are reasonable, the food selections are delicious and the SMOOTHIES ARE AWESOME!

Beach salad was terrible. All chopped lettuce 2 pieces of slimy fatty chicken, tomatoes were paper thin and slimy. Bacon was under cooked. No substance to it. Through it away. Avacodlado smoothie was decent and they didn’t send any dressing.

My company ordered a large order for our office. We ordered online and chose the delivery option. An hour and a half passes by and no food. I call the store and they tell me the food is ready but they don’t have delivery. Which they should’ve called sooner and told us that instead of letting our food sit on the shelf and waiting for us to call. We needed to send an employee to pick up our food and we’re told that we needed to call a customer service number to get a refund for the tip we gave for our “delivery driver”. After getting back we then realized there were multiple smoothies and meals missing. Over a hundred and fifty dollars spent on an order for our office, we will never order again. Very disappointing.

Tried to scan my recipe, couldn’t get my points due to some issue and the kids working here didn’t even bother helping.

This location is trash. If your thing is fresh food, i.e. Lettuce, tomato etc, then you need to make sure your vegetables aren't mushy and nasty. Go somewhere else trust me. Richmond ave location is better by far.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
AWFUL WORKERS. I ORDERED A SMOOTHIE AND 2 VEGGIE HUMMUS WRAPS AND THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG. HOW HARD IS IT TO GET THAT RIGHT THESE PEOPLE ARE DUMB WORKING HERE.
They gave me 2 chicken burritos.
The manager said there was nothing she could do. I had to dispute the charge. Shame on them.

Great Service & smoothies are always made to order fresh! Right near the gym so it’s location is perfect too.

I the girl there were really sweet and were able to help me in suggesting to get the detox smoothie that was delicious
