A predictively excellent experience getting my most favorite peanut butter cup smoothie.
I was met with a smile and service that was perfect.
Highly recommended.

I placed an order through Doordash and some miscommunication happened that lead to someone else getting my order [not the driver assigned] and it not being delivered. Even though the order said it was still at the store, it was not. I received a call from a rep at this location explaining the situation then an immediate offer to the solution. After not even a minute, I received another call from the manager [Terri] who apologized profusely for the inconvenience and offered to personally drop a fresh order off to me. She even called back to verify that my order was correct to avoid any further inconvenience.

I’ve had many mistakes with previous DoorDash orders at other restaurants and this is the first time that the restaurant has been proactive and actually went above and beyond to fix the situation. Usually, they just report it to DoorDash and cancel the order. I am so thrilled that this location really took the time to do the right thing for their customer, even when it wasn’t a direct customer of theirs. The service that I received from these 2 ladies was a true testament to the care, respect and consideration that they have for their job, the company, and their customers. That extra time they took was more than appreciated. Thank you!

They're a nice place to have smoothies and sandwiches. Great smoothies and mostly friendly employees and very clean place. A lot of options to choose from and my favorite smoothie is the tripe berry oat. Definitely will be coming back to this location.

Terri is the best! Super friendly and professional staff, great food and smoothies, PLEASE keep the Mango Bacon Brie on the menu!

Visited this location about 2 months ago for the first time. Walked in today and Terri says “wait don’t tell me, detox island green”. I couldn’t believe she remembered my order from one time prior! Absolutely incredible customer service. Terri is just awesome and so friendly, and makes the best smoothie!

Do something about the sanitation. It is disgusting to stand in that building, which is odd because the outside is very lovely. Pretty good food though. I placed an order online and they said the food was given to another guest when I got there so I had to wait. Then they told me they didn't have my banana as a side, so they gave me chips instead. Would be an easy 1 star experience if it wasn't for the modest food

One of the rudest customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Cursing while making my drink and being vile and nasty almost made me walk out. This place deserves a 0, nobody should ever treat anyone the way I was treated at this establishment. Talk to how your workers are supposed to treat human beings with respect and dignity. All that attitude for a 24 oz drink.

This location is a mess. My boyfriend was picking up our order, and not only did he have to tell the employee each item we ordered upon arrival because she seemed to think we had only ordered one smoothie when we ordered two smoothies and two wraps, but she didn’t even end up giving us the correct order. If you’re going to get tropical smoothie, go to any other location.

I love eating at this spot. Hubby and I would grab a bite before going food shopping. They have a variety of wraps and flat bead sandwiches. You have a choice of fruit or chips with your meal. You could also order delicious smoothies with your meal. The strawberry flat bread and Chipotle Cub (without pork for me) is do yummy. The staff is also pleasant. You won't be disappointed

They should get rid of the pick up area. I waited there for them to put my food in the pick up area. Then I went up after the entire line finished and it was ready waiting.
