I love Tru! They have amazing, patient teachers and a beautiful studio space.
TRU Yoga Studio is always non-judgemental and such a supportive business that excels at teaching members with or without experience.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! It's the place where I learned yoga and then fell in love with yoga! I feel like I'm coming home every time I return (not to mention all the friends I've made over the years)
Of all the studios to practice in Rochester, this is the one you should choose if you want to deepen your practice beyond just the physical postures of yoga. There are many knowledgeable teachers, plenty of props (which you'll be encouraged to use, not shamed about) and the space itself is lovely, with lots of natural light.
Professional stuff, nice studio & nice community! Finally fine a studio for me in Rochester!
