Fire the workers. When we go in to buy semga you have to cut it into normal slices. How can you cut one piece 1 inch and another half inch. When you complain your workers they say not possible take it or leave.

I love their caviar. Prices are lower than competitors and the quality is high-end. 5-stars on that. However, these employees have attitude problems. During my first visit, the lady behind the counter was nice. After that, I have yet to encounter another pleasant employee. They all seem stuck up and wouldn't hestitate to roll their eyes at every single customer that doesn't speak their native tongue. I'm seeing a pattern here. I'm giving 3 stars because I would still go back for the caviar, but I am not looking forward to the service. In fact, I'm actually a bit scared because I'm craving caviar again.

Tried their caviar at a recent event and got hooked. Im not a caviar expert by any means but their black caviar was heavily and price was way less than what I found at Eataly in Manhattan.

If I could give this place a negative star I would don't trust the positive reviews of this place. I've been in the caviar business for three decades these people will give you bad product they will mix good product with bad product charge top dollar and then when you come back to give him healthy criticism they will attack you and tell you that it's your fault. Buyer beware buy at your own risk

I have purchased white fish with no tag on it; they told me it was cod. The fish tasted and smelled disgusting.

Probably the only spot to find real Caspian black caviar. Very tasty and high quality. I was surprised to find authentic place for caviar. Highly recommend this store for Caspian caviar if you up to.

I would put 1 star but I did 2 just for a big choice of seafood. I came there exactly for red Alaskan caviar. I know exactly how it’s supposed to taste and look. I asked woman if she can give me real Alaskan caviar and she said yes. She took it somewhere from the box I didn’t see and it wasn’t the right one. Lady wasn’t really nice so I didn’t want to argue. I came home and tried it, taste was horrible for that what I was expecting. Size of caviar was wrong, super small. It wasn’t really what I asked for. Disappointed

I really enjoy buying the caviar at this place since it’s also not far from where I live, but every time I’ve been there, the women at the cash register are ignorant, have a major attitude and asking them a question about the expiration date of a product seems like a chore to them.
Unprofessional.
Makes me want to not come again to this store. Such a pity.
Gave two stars only because the products are great so far. Other than that I would’ve left 1.

Well I’m kind of torn. On the one hand the woman working there was very helpful and friendly and gave me a discount on the caviar I bought.
On the other hand the caviar was not good in my opinion. Now I’m not a caviar expert so I post this willing to be corrected but she said she was selling me beluga caviar. “The best” she said.
The jar is labeled “Classic Osetra”. It says nothing of Beluga. Again, I’m no expert so maybe that’s ok too.
What really stood out to me though was how the eggs seemed to be deteriorated. They came out of the jar in lumps. It seemed as if they had congealed together. The out layer of the individual pearls had seemed to be falling off each egg. And rather than a pop when eating as I expected from having salmon roe or other smaller roe at sushi places, it was sort of a mush. The insides of the eggs were firm and not liquid as I expected. It almost seemed as if they’d been soft boiled.
Now she gave me quite a discount. She said the product normally sold for $50 more and I thought nothing of it. Maybe I should have.
And she did throw in a small bottle of champagne which I thought was nice.
But instead of coming away falling in love with caviar and eager to return my family and I are kind of bewildered as to how caviar has become such a delicacy.

Horrible product horrible people the customer service is absolutely terrible purchased black caviar twice in the last few months they have been all spoiled forget about mentioning it to the store owner they don't want to hear it. Don't believe the 5 star reviews they are paid for, this store was good initially when it opened, its absolutely horrid now. The store owners are terrible and rude to their customers they don't want to hear any criticism at all.

Poor customer service. I believe it was the owner himself who didn’t help me with my purchase at all. The fish smelled weird when I got home and opened the bag. Won’t come back.

Average store with lots of frozen stuff. Owner is not very welcoming and helpful. It’s okay to stop by once but there are much better places
