Think TTNY is just for proms? You have to be a size two to wear their gowns? THINK AGAIN! I was so in awe of the special attention they gave to me.the Mother of the groom! Special Customer Service is what they achieve! Dress was ordered later then normal. Jimmy followed up weekly! It was prom season but each customer was his only customer! He went above and beyond to see that I was happy with my dress. The small staff is dedicated and so professional. I wish the store many years of success. You will not regret a visit to TTNY!

Definitely the best place i’ve ever been to get a dress.the easiest best experience. 10/10.won’t be going anywhere else.

Great customer service. A pair of shoes I bought from here broke and they took care of it, free of cost right away!
I think the prices are also reasonable compared to other bridal stores and they have a great collection of dresses, shoes and jeweleries!

Paid over $360 for alterations on my daughters prom dress! Picked up the dress on the day of prom because they said the dress wasn’t ready yet the day before, only to find out when I got the dress home and my daughter put it on, that the alterations were not done! The dress was way too big and I had to at the last min alter it myself! Someone will be hearing from me today! I’d give 0 stars if I had the option!

Would give 0 stars if I could. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE… they sold my daughter who is a size 0 a size 10 dress! Why would they think this is ok? Dress itself was $400 and now it’s costing $300 for alterations and it’s still not the perfect dress she envisioned. Sales person made it out like the dress would be so easy to alter… ha funny! Manger unwilling to help me

The owner of this store one time swore at me in the parking lot of the mall after he almost ran over my friend with his car. Everyone I have ever spoken to about this place HATES this place. Buy a dress somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I only had a couple hours to shop and I didn't expect to actually find anything that I loved for prom. However, as soon as I walked in, the owner came up and started talking to me and giving me dresses to try on. I had almost no idea what I wanted but in less than 2 hours I found the perfect dress. The staff was great and super receptive to all of my preferences once I actually started to narrow down what I wanted.
I dont have a lot of confidence when it comes to my body or how I look in a lot of dresses, but throughout the entire process I barely even had to think about any of that because the owner, Jimmy, was so supportive and amazing. He made me feel comfortable trying on these dresses that would usually make me feel so insecure. Without the help of Jimmy and another employee who's name I didnt catch, I wouldn't have found my dream dress and I would no doubt have only bad memories of prom dress shopping. TTYN put me in a dress that looked amazing and made me feel like I looked amazing in it.

I came here to buy my prom dress for prom 2020 and after I bought my (EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE) dress, i returned home to canada and didn’t hear anything for 5 months. I am unsure if this was due to COVID, but comparing my experience to others, i’m not sure. I called to figure out what to do and Jimmy was kind enough to send a store credit. I will not be recommending as the prices were extreme and service was not good.

Do not go to this place! This place deserves NO STARS. Unless you are buying a dress that is ready to go home and fits perfectly I would never trust them to do any kind of alteration. I had to wait 12 weeks for a dress that was supposed to take 6 weeks, for both my wedding gown and my daughter’s flower girl dress. Both our gowns were altered terribly. My gown was loose at the chest and my daughters was way too tight at the top. What’s even more embarrassing is the manager tells you he designed the gowns, which makes you feel like you’re getting some great boutique experience, but he did not! They are out of a catalogue and shipped from China. I feel foolish and completely regret buying our gowns from here.

Great services and great staff. The selection was decent. I was a little late getting my daughters prom dress but it is beautiful. The only thing I would have liked even more was if the prices were not so high.

Very friendly, was greeted by the designer and several other employees.my daughter found a gorgeous prom dress and was very affordable.

Jimmy took one look at me and knew what dress was for me. I love my dress even though it’s not what I had in mind when I walked in. He was so helpful, I’m so happy!

Went in for my mother of the bride dress. Jimmy Lee was the perfect "used car salesman". Flattering and were gonna do this and that and your gonna be beautiful.so caught up his sales pitch ended up buying a 600.00 dollar gown.my budget was 250.00 tops. Well from that point on and 4 trips to the store later. (me living in west seneca) they never delivered what was promised.walked out of there paying 60.00 for sleeves they never did the correct way.mad more at myself I guess for believing the b.s.

Overall, a great experience. The sales staff helped me find the perfect dress. The store had a large selection therefore sizing was not an issue and finding the right size wasn't hard either. In addition to the staff, Jimmy Lee personally helped me. Walking into the store I thought I knew exactly what I was looking for but due to all the options the store offered and the suggestions made by the staff, it allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and get a dress that fits me perfectly.

Perfect dress for my destination wedding, alterations were spot on, customer service beyond exceptional! Thank you to the owner, designer and staff. You will not be disappointed.

I got my prom dress at TT New York and it looks absolutely stunning! Jimmylee did amazing at helping me find my dream dress! I’ll be back next year for sure!
