Made a purchase 11/13/22. It was delivered 11/15. We returned the 17th of November. They refused to refund me. Many calls, many emails. No response whatsoever. Highly unprofessional once they did respond. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and upload a whole bunch of documents such as tracking info, email correspondence and images as they were trying to fight the merchant to avoid having to refund.
