The process was a little different than we were expecting but it went smooth. Attorney Michael Liptrot listened and picked up on several things that we had thought about but other attorneys missed. Very intuitive and understanding.
We are waiting to see how the rest goes and I will update as it goes.
UPDATE 1: We met with our attorney, Sara, and she was great. She completely understood our position and looked at the situation similar to the way we did. She was very proactive and jumped right in to help us out. (Our position changed very quickly without her help but we have a long road ahead and we are excited to have Sara on our Team)

I was in the middle of Midtown Manhattan on business. I went to maps for the nearest lawyers. I contacted a few places. This firm took the time to speak with me right away. They will give you a discount rate for consultation. I like that they are located at Lexington and the # was day of birth for my kids. Upon making the appointment I was able to make progress with the meetings. I felt this lawyer had integrity and the firm I felt safe with as most of them are former service men and woman. Karen Sanders and Jeffrey Nogee are servants of the state education department and the crooked courts which they claim to stand against. Because of their rather expensive hourly fees, my family and I expected them to produce good work. Instead, they did the bare minimum. After we received a ruling from the judge, Jeffrey and I argued over the phone for thirty minutes. I had to hang up on him, and he took my family's money and ran. I hope this law firm goes out of business. These lawyers are a disgrace to what a true justice system is supposed to accomplish.
