The food was mediocre at best. The meatloaf, tasted like Salisbury steak. Completely uninspired food. The rest of the party ordered chicken fingers, which they all found to have an excessive amount of breading. It was my first time eating there, and my last.

First time in the restaurant but not eating their food. First time eating the famous chicken fingers. Not impressed, too much coating and tastless.

Glad they were open when the restaurant right next door was closed due to staffing issues (during their normal business hours!). The restroom was gross, and the waitresses slightly overworked, but the food was acceptable.

Giant TVs everywhere to watch all types of sports games also a lot of sports related history throughout the place including old sports cards on the tables. Great food and i really enjoyed the margaritas. I would definitely go back agian

Good great, waitress just seemed uninterested and barley said anything to us. Handed us the check and walked away.

No complaints on the service. However, my most recent meal here was… so so. The Onion soup was pretty good but thick. And the Ruben sandwich I had… the beef was chewy and the bottom bread got soggy. ‍️I’ve had better. ‍️At least the Mixed Gatorade drink was very tasty! 9/21

Service was good, drinks were large.atmosphere is good I got the fish, I did not care for the loaded potato salad too much bacon, had a gooey texture, too much mayo or liquid cheese? Don't know what it was but it was not good. One fork and U was done

Decent bar food options but compared to previous experience, food quality definitely declined. Very nice staff all around but stretched thin.

It was excellent as always. Although they were short handed, they truly worked as an efficient team. The service was fast and very friendly. Our hostess (Patricia?) was congenial. Our server/waitress Meghan was a delight. I ordered my favorite, the California fish taco - more than enough for one person! DELICIOUS! I had the raspberry lemonade - YUMMY! My brother had the chicken tenders - another favorite - and his usual unsweetened tea. Of course, we had to save room for dessert; so, we boxed up part of our meals. I forgot the name of our chocolate chip cookies and ice cream dessert. OH MY GOODNESS! Our tummies were SO FULL.

Very disappointed. Our order was messed up multiple times. The manager didn’t make it any better by accusing us of lying about my allergy. Didn’t bring our drinks back, rushed our orders and walked passed us multiple times. I will never come back I’m not sure if I wasn’t welcomed or if I was at the wrong place but they made sure we felt left out and not welcomed ever again.

The service was good I took two coupons there from tops well it has its phases times and everything else small print and not the steak that I ordered for being a flank steak and 10 oz is shrunk a little bit I believe and I believe this is not a place to eat steak maybe wings and fries but they're not spend any money on a steak that's my recommendation take care guys enjoy

The waiter I had was amazing. This was mine and my daughters first time here and it was great. Great people, cute little popcorn basket when you sit down. Was just awesome. Wish I could give it more stars. Also the food was fantastic

I went to the Tully's in Clarence Mall I had the Reuben sandwich was good service was great food is always good and so as a service at toys I did have to leave before finishing it all because of my work schedule but overall it was an a+ experience and if you've gone to toys time to go back if you haven't ever been to tolly's you should go thanks

Tully's is always my Restaurant of Choice for a Night Out. Went to the Amherst Location last Night to watch the Yankees Game with a Friend. Our Bartender was Bridget and she provided outstanding Service. She was very friendly, funny and cheerful. All of the Food that I ordered was served in a reasonable amount of time and was very delicious! Simply put, I have have never had a bad experience at Tully's in the 10 or more years that I have been going there.

Best chicken fingers on earth! Food is very fresh and the taste is fantastic! Nice size portions to satisfy your hunger! Plenty of choices on their extensive menu. Adults and children will love Tully’s!

Ordered my wings hot. Couldn't, eat, enjoy them. Advised my server, and they allowed me to exchange them. Very satisfied customer, they were delicious.
