I was nervous for the wedding dress shopping process but Bridget at Two Hearts made it not only easy, but fun! The virtual consultation before eased my mind going into the appointment and I loved being able to start the appointment trying on dresses I already liked. Bridget listened to everything I had to say and involved my party so they had fun too. She was also great at explaining how differently dresses would fit after alterations and wrote down what I needed to make the alterations appointment easier for me. I definitely recommend Two Hearts for a fun, size inclusive, budget friendly dress shopping experience!

My entire process was easy from start to finish! The initial consultation was extremely helpful and I knew exactly what to expect walking into the shop. The stylist, Jeannine, was amazing and helped me pick out the perfect dress and veil that made me feel like a bride. I am so happy I said yes to the dress at Two Hearts Bridal!

Two hearts was the PERFECT place for me to wedding dress shop. They helped me feel like a bride and find the perfect dress! I didn’t feel rushed or stressed. They gave me the support and space to figure out what dress I wanted while also listening to my concerns and answered every question! Definitely recommend!

I was having your typical excited but anxious feelings about dress shopping; hesitant if I would find the one, and how would I know?
The entire process from setting up my appointment to purchasing my dress was so easy. I felt like everyone at the store was so invested about getting to know what I wanted, to make my experience more comfortable and enjoyable.
My stylist was AMAZING and made me feel heard the entire time I was there. We even had the other employee there, helping provide insight and tips. I couldn’t recommend Two Hearts Bridal enough!

I had such a good time from start to yes! My stylist did an initial zoom about a week before my appt to get to know me what I was looking for and everything in-between to be able to make my appt successful! I appreciated that so much! Then I got to my appt and she had a few dresses out that we picked on our zoom call to start off the appt and we went from there and boy did I give my stylist a run for her money with all the different ways i went lol but she just went with it all made sure I was feeling comfortable and gave great feedback. She was very respectful of my budget as well! I of course went over my budget but I was very persistent on what I wanted and was willing to go up a little more and I am so glad we did! I can not wait to walk down the isle in my beautiful wedding dress! Thank you for all of the encouragement and help!

I said yes to my dress! My experience here was perfect, the ladies were very comforting and complimenting about how I felt/looked in each dress and understood exactly what I did and didn’t like about each one, I never once felt rushed or judged. Then after I chose which dress was perfect for me, they were great in helping me explore alteration options! Wouldn’t change anything about this experience!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Two Hearts Bridal and found a dress perfect for my wedding day! Bridget was very efficient and provided great advice during the online consultation and then she and her assistant made my experience there with my mom so special. Every dress that I tried on was beautiful even though I fell in love with the first one the stylists picked for me. I'd recommend this boutique to any bride to be!

From start to finish my experience at Two Hearts Bridal was above and beyond amazing. Initially I was going to order my wedding dress online but had many reservations about it as I have not had good luck ordering clothes online! So I scheduled an appointment with Bridget who was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. I was texted and emailed with my appointment date and time and was able to communicate via text with any questions I had. I was also sent links to look at select dresses in my price range, and they had my selections pulled for me to try on at my appointment. My appointment was great. Bridget was just as pleasant in person as she was over the phone, the dresses were pulled and hanging in the fitting room for me to try on, and that’s when I tried on my gorgeous wedding gown and said YES to the dress, which was within my price range. I was then emailed a list of seamstresses for alterations which was so helpful! To conclude, this is a very classy, quaint place with a great selection of wedding dresses and a great team of ladies!

I'm getting Married in August and was a bit worried about finding a dress on what is a bit of time crunch in wedding dress world- the fact that you can buy right off the rack here is amazing- My dress is hanging in the closet and i'm thrilled! From our first Zoom Interview to the time I walked out the door with my dress, my experience with Two Hearts Bridal was excellent. They even stayed late for me to come pick up my dress. Bridget was super helpful and really makes you feel special. Would definitely recommend to any bride!

My entire experience at 2 Hearts Bridal was amazing! Jeanine was so kind, helpful & instantly made me feel comfortable. She listened & was attentive to what I was looking for. The Zoom consultation beforehand was also extremely helpful, choosing a few dress options to have ready upon your arrival. It only took 2 dresses to find the the one, I'm so in love with my dress. As a curvy girl with a tight budget, a time crunch, and a ton of reservations about dress shopping. I was dreading the whole process. My mom scheduled my appointment with Two Hearts during their spring break sales event in a last ditch effort to find me a dress for my, um, June wedding. I was convinced I would never find something.

I thought the zoom appointment seemed a little over the top going in, but Amy was kind and encouraging off the bat. After our meeting was over, I felt a sense of comfort and was starting to see why it was a part of the process.

As soon as my appointment began - Bridget was warm, welcoming and extremely attentive. Not to mention, had the patience’s of a saint. We worked our way through so many styles (all in my price range) and she made me feel like the only bride in the world. She boosted my confidence when I needed it most and read my body language when it wasn’t the right one.

I walked out of there with a dress that I never would have imagined would be the one.one that accentuates my curves in all the right places and made me feel like a queen (in the most humble of ways). My mom and I had a great time and I am sure I will look back on this for the rest of my life.and this review would not be honest if I didn’t add that I let out streams of tears in happiness, relief, and excitement once I was finally alone that evening. ️

As mother of the bride, I can honestly say that when our daughter, Katelyn found "that dress" her face lit up the room! A truly amazing and caring staff! They met with her online first to understand what she was looking for and helped her find exactly what she wanted but never dreamed she'd find. The best part was she got to take the dress back to Denver for her fittings then she'll bring it back to Rochester for the wedding. No waiting or extra traveling. Thank you Two Hearts for making this a magical and memorable experience for us all!

I am seriously AMAZED at the experience I had looking for my dress. I didn’t think I would be able to find everything I wanted in a dress, but I found that and more in a one of a kind dress from Two Hearts! And to take home my wedding dress the same day? ! I SAID YES AT TWO HEARTS BRIDAL! Wow my experience here was beyond words! I had the honor to work with Jeannine, but all the girls there were awesome! It starts off with a virtual consultation which in my opinion is the SMARTEST thing ever! I was super nervous just thinking about my appointment, but after the virtual consultation I was so much more at ease and very confident in the selections my stylist and I picked. Once you get to your appointment, all the dresses you picked are in your fitting room waiting for you to try on. Jeannine knew exactly what she was doing and knew when I didn’t feel comfortable or confident in a dress. She didn’t push to make sale which I loved! My only suggestion would be that the stylist stays in the fitting room to help the brides to be put the dress on. She came in afterwards to help zip up the dresses, but having them in there the entire time would have been a little more helpful. I understand some people wouldn’t like that option, but I wouldn’t have mind having her stay with me. Other than that, everything was perfect! I wish I could experience picking out a wedding dress all over again!

My experience at Two Hearts Bridal was more than amazing, my consultant, Bridgette was amazing! She knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the most perfect dress for my wedding day. She was so kind and down to earth. She listened to all of my needs and was able to pull the dress that I was looking for. I recommend this place to anyone, all of the girls there were so nice and helpful.
