The people who work here are extremely knowledgeable, and their partnerships give agents amazing perks for booking travel - for example, if I was to stay at a hotel that's part of Tzell's SELECT program (tzellselect.com) I could get a free massage, or free breakfast, early/late check in and check out - or I might get all of those benefits! It changes by property but definitely ask your agent if you want something else - they'll do their best to accommodate!

They always take such good care, and make sure to remember past bookings to make it easier for the next time. Love them!

Horrible experience. Paid for cruise trip 3 months in advance to travel agent. Cruise line canceled trip 4 days before departure due to non payment. The agent didnt pay for our trip with our money in time so she put it all on her credit card so the cruise line would rebook us. Then we risked losing the amenities we paid for bc those were also canceled. Very poor communication and when I spoke with cruise line, their story was totally different than the agents.
