Redirected to another center for my van reserved a week ago. The receptionist called like 5 places to find one for me. There is absolutely no reason this isn't an automated process in their database that reassigns you a new location BEFORE your reservation time. Uhaul as a company simply doesn't care about implementing useful, not to mention relatively simple technology to improve everyone's experience.

Both staff members are pleasant and very helpful they know there job u are in and out in seconds

I love this place. They always have trucks available and I can drop off my truck at anytime. In and out in 5 mins with mobile order or 10 mins walk in

I couldn't check out my pickup truck without a copy of my physical license (that I left at home because I prefer using my digital license and cards to avoid possible cross contamination in a PANDEMIC). But I couldn't switch my pickup to a van, which was being switched because Uhaul doesn't have bed covers for pickups in case it rains.which one would think makes sense. I lucked up and actually paid less to have a friendly latino offer his services and delivered my goods for me! In 2020, it just PATHETIC that UHAUL has no way to validate licenses other than viewing the physical copy. I'll never rent from ANY uhaul again. I'll keep employing latinos who def do a better job and have better customer service.not to mention he wore a MASK, whereas the receptionist at Uhaul did not.

Looks like all of their vehicles are new. Very low mileage on trucks/ vans. Cars are clean and well kept. They also have a big parking lot with plenty of vehicles to choose from. Only issue is service can be kind of slow when you arrive. Your best bet is to go online and start the rental process there. They also do Mr. Softee ice cream truck rentals and provide the ice cream. You can inquire inside about more information.

This place is awesome. No frills, very helpful. Got all the Uhaul trucks you could want. Cant remember the name of the woman who helped me but she was a legend.

Watch out they try to scam you for keeping the truck duty and put extra charges in your credit cards

The employees here are the absolute best, but the company itself just take people's money. Everyone that came in today had an "issue" that needed to be resolved, costing more money, before they could rent a vehicle. Stick with Budget or Penske, save your money.

I forgot the woman's name (I believe it's Pat?), however she was so helpful in checking me in and out of my rental. She even called and saw how everything was going when I was running behind schedule. Thanks so much and I def recommend to anyone looking for a rental!

Easy as 1,2,3. Once you have your stuff in order. Customer service was excellent. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Take out was unhindered as well as drop off. Excellent service. Needless to say anytime I or anyone else I know needs a U-haul, I will recommend this location.

By far the worst uhaul service I’ve had. The guy moved so slow, I gave him my id and he still spelled my name wrong and totally messed up my order. When I asked him to fix it he recommended the uhaul app but didn’t know how to use it and couldn’t give me proper information he should’ve known. Had to call customer service 4 times to get help just for them to have the wrong email on file and in the end no one was able to end my reservation properly.

Should have gone somewhere else! I want to give zero stars.had a reservation.made plans and everything - only to show up and have no one there for me to pick up the van. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I'm beyond annoyed at this point.

Nice, easy place to rent from. Parking can be found in streets nearby. Seeing the Mister Softee trucks is a plus!

Worst service hands down from the staff here. From LIES to incompetence to non corporation to directives from the corporate office to more LIES, RACISM and AGEISM the bad service and lack of knowledge went as far up as the region manager Donald Adams. Who was defensive in spite of all the recorded conversations between myself and the corporate office as well as confirmation from 1 of the 3 agents I spoke to repetitively. The staff here does not represent the corporation neither does the region manager. At the end of 4hours more than 10 phone calls to the corporate office I was finally able to rent a vehicle that I didn't NOT want, that cost more per mile, while 2 of the one I wanted sat in the lot. Overall this deserves no stars rating. Because I have been to multiple uhaul locations NEVER spent 20mins there or had any of these FAKE issues that these terrible employees brought up.

Called for van, in minutes uhaul got me a van, really good fast service, I almost gave up but I knew I can count on Uhaul!
