I got the key but was no truck I call U-Haul and they got me a U-Haul truck en Douglas Av Jamaica don’t ever waste your time in this location.

What a JOKE. I had scheduled my van pickup 1 week in advance on the app, then show up on time for self pick up and I had to call to get it activated. I finally got the key box code and NO KEY THERE. I just wasted 45 min of my life standing in the rain with the owner of this location doing absolutely nothing. I had my move fully scheduled out and now I have to get an Uber 30min away to another U-Haul location. Don’t book here.
