I should have been using this location all the time for my previous moves. Absolutely outstanding customer service! Had the truck all prepped and ready to go for pickup and everything was explained in detail and clearly. If you’re looking to move and you’re in the Rochester area, you can’t go wrong renting a uhaul from this location.

Been using this place for our non-profits to store some things there and the lady that runs this place is amazing she is a hard worker woman who is always working when she is there always making sure her place is clean and tidy and up to date she is just awesome

If I could give zero stars, I would. Be advised that if you make a reservation, they can change the location of your reservation with less than 24 hours notice. Definitely majorly messed up our whole crew's travel plans, and Uhaul couldn't even give us a small discount to compensate for the issue. Definitely will not be using them ever again. Even when you make your plans literally MONTHS in advance, they can still screw you over. Very unreliable and inconsistent and just not good to their customers.

Just rented the truck at a location on Gibbs street with a guarantee of its availability but received a phone call telling me to pick up truck from a different location putting extra miles=gas to my trip. And as a previous customer stated.no compensation for my troubles. Unapologetically unprofessional! Way to go!

Great experience! Joyce called me the day of pickup to let me know the truck I was renting wasn’t available and she would upgrade me for free. Amazing customer service!

I reserved a 15’ moving truck weeks ago and was contacted 48 hours before my moving day to learn that they could not honor my reservation and that there were *no* trucks available. I can’t understand why they would have accepted my reservation if they couldn’t honor it. This put my in an extremely difficult position because now I have no idea how to handle my move that is this weekend.

Joyce was awesome, made sure that everything was understandable and all set for our use. She was very helpful and made the process easy!

My experience with Joyce and her office stood out to me. Upon my arrival I notice the lot is tidy and equipment is orderly. I got a friendly wave from Joyce as I walked past the window and was greated warmly, she was expecting me and was prepared, made my transaction smooth and simple. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Secured my trailer and without a doubt I felt safe to pull off. I will definitely rent from her again. Thanks!
