Lockbox didn't work wasted my whole morning on a freezing Sunday had to leave with uhaul charging me STILL for a truck I didn't have cuz I got the code so I had the truck in the account but cuz the box wouldn't open I DIDNT ACTUALLY HAVE THE TRUCK and I needed a truck so I had to find extra money to rent another truck in RIVERDALE! Only one open with real people to tell them the whole situation and I wouldn't get my money back for the 1st truck for up to 7 days. Horrible experience with something that was meant to be user friendly and cut your time in half. They need new lock boxes that work.
