Dr. Oh was amazing as well as PA Erin Sullivan. My only complaint is you cannot get an appointment when you are sick. Good for following your primary care needs, but what’s the point if they can’t see you when you need to be seen? Every time I had an issue the front desk would tell me to go to the ER, and the issues presented did not warrant an ER trip. I don’t blame the doctors for this, but you had to go through the rude nursing staff to even be considered for a sick appointment in which they would simply tell you to go elsewhere.

I wish I could rate this office in the negatives. Horrible customer service. Apparently my doctor left the practice and nobody thought to let me know or send me a letter. Aside from that the nurse Laurie who I've spoken to twice in the last year was extremely rude to me both times. Very unprofessional with no compassion for patients who are not feeling well.

Dr Oh is a refreshing change when it comes to doctors! Office staff was very accommodating. Don't see where all the negative reviews are coming from. They put up with ignorant people all day and still are friendly:)

Came in for first patient physical and to discuss serious fatigue issues that affect my job performance. My blood test came back with something low that was never mentioned to me, and she recommended no follow-up. Felt like she didn't even take my issue seriously. I'll be going to a different doctor for a follow up.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This office is the definition of malpractice. Does not care about the patients. Wont give their patients the time of day. Front desk will send you straight to a voice recording whenever any sort of work, thought, or effort has to be made. Doctors are no good. Just overall disappointed.

Called and told they dont accept new workers comp claims even if I'm a already a patient? I built a familiarity with this practice and feel as tho when I'm actually in need of medical care they refuse. The women at the front desk was extremely rude and when I was trying to make my case as to how this wasnt right she threatened to hang up on me? She also claimed I was a "re-established new patient" sounds a bit contradictory. I'll find a new primary moving forward and won't look back.

I can't say enough good things about this office! Everyone is very kind and helpful. The doctor goes above and beyond for us. I am so thankful we had the unfortunate experience of Lifetime Health closing because it led us here.

If i could give a grade lower than 1 star i would. Sub-par medical care! Extremely unhelpful and do not keep up with there patients care. Especially if you transfered from lifetime health and had followup procedures that were supposed to be ordered or repeated. Revolving door of medical staff as well. I would stay far far away, save yourself the aggravation of dealing with them and the hassel for finding a new physicain/ group when you have had enough.

My mother is elderly and has been a patient at this office for quite a few years. She had an emergency and this office would not make arrangements to see her. Nor did the office offer to have another doctor in the practice see her. This is unacceptable. In addition, her regular appointment was cancelled twice and the soonest they could get her in for a regular check up was THREE months out. This is inexcusable. Don't go here.

I have never dealt with such rude front desk staff in my life. Please don’t be treated how I was and go somewhere else! My family and I had been going here for nearly 20 years and the dramatic changes in staff have been deplorable. Please find an office where all staff treats you as a human being worth their time and your insurance’s money, not like another paycheck.

Great doctors office. Everyone is very kind and professional. The office is clean and it was a short wait time. I saw Dr Oh when I was there, he is an outstanding doc. Very professional, and caring. Just all around a great person.

Dr. Of is THE BEST doctor at this office. He's patient, willing to listen, and is truly motivated to help his patients get better.

I have requested several times for another form of a vitamin because the pill form wasn't helping/ absorbing well and they refused to. They also failed to return my calls regarding this manner. Find another place as this is not professional by any means. I will be finding a more professional practice that doesn't ignore an obvious issue!
