The lady at the FD for checking in is so very nasty I was a few minutes late for my appointment she was checking someone in for 10 minutes then got to me she claimed she didn't see me standing in line then told me I had to reschedule she then proceeded to tell me I no showed my last appointment I tried explaining that I wS really at and tried calling she rolled her eyes at me I am transferring care there is no parking you gotta park 2 blocks away and walk and they act like they can't understand that I have been with them since Linwood office it has gone down hill since they left that location

I went there as a new patient and as soon as I left the building I was looking for a different primary immediately. They are very unprofessional and you don’t meet with the doctor you meet the nurse they don’t care. The PA don’t even listen to your problems that your voicing to her. The front desk is rude. I do not recommend this place for a new primary at all. They all are young and do not care

This place gets worse and worse my doctor left and I wasn’t even informed I hate going here now they don’t help me at all tell me the same thing this time I come I sat for hours before being seen the receptionist had a attitude because I was suppose to receive a work note excusing me a few days from work and she wanted to just give me one just saying I was there it’s terrible I guess I’ll continue to suffer but who cares they drain your insurance to send you off with no answers throw the whole place away.
