UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, Niagara Falls NY

Have been seeing Dr. Fodero here for about two months now for a broken tibia. Office staff have been very helpful to me, even going as far as finding a brace for me on Amazon because my insurance was going to make me pay $700 (yes you read that correctly) for it. Dr. Fodero is very kind and helpful, answers all my questions, and is accessible via their web portal for further questions. Only downside for me is the drive but I would definitely recommend their personnel!

Very respectful employees who want to help you get back to feeling better. Two visits in but the staff has been exceptional! Great facility to go to when in need of physical therapy!

I have been with UBMD since an accident in 1981. They saved my life back then and have made life easier to live since then. I have had 40+ surgeries and With 4 different UBMD surgeons and will be having my knees replaced in the near future. I thank the Lord for UBMD and would go nowhere else.

Staff is always friendly and the Drs are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I had the appointment for over a month, gave them my insurance, filled out all their pre-appointment forms online. After my x-ray I went back to the office and waited to be seen. When I was seen by the PA it was for a short period of time (approx 3 minutes) and was told there was nothing wrong on the x-ray. When I showed him my finger and my inability to straighten it or make a fist he said that it would require an MRI. He also stated my insurance wouldn't pay for the MRI unless I tried OT first and failed. So I went to OT for 2 sessions and was told my insurance didn't cover that. A week later I get a bill from UBMD ortho for $267 because evidently my insurance didn't cover them either. I'm wondering why I filled out all the pre appointment paperwork with all the insurance info just to be told AFTER the appointment it wasn't covered. The PA certainly knew my MRI wouldn't be covered why didn't they know their own office visit wouldn't be covered? At least the OT therapist let me know it wasn't covered without having surgery first and gave me some equipment and therapy exercises to do without charging me for the 2nd visit. The first OT visit to be fair they didn't have the time to pre check my insurance coverage so that is understandable.

I have been working with the Amherst (Harlem) office for years with excellent results. This is my first experience with the Niagara Falls office and it has been nothing but incompetent. I have for 3 weeks been trying to fix their problems. Thankfully my insurance company and physical therapy place are very good.

Have had multiple procedures on myself and family members with great success!
Dr. Wind is amazing and his staff is wonderful.
Dr. DiPaula is amazing as well, had a shoulder replacement and am good as new! His staff is wonderful.
Best group of Doctors in the area!

The PA from UB Orthopedics was friendly and professional as she administered my Hyluaronic Acid shot to my left knee. She used diagnostic imaging to insert the needle exactly in the space needed and used a local anesthetic so I didn't feel any pain. I would highly recommend UB Orthopedics to anyone in need of their services.

Hello, We have been going to the Niagara Falls office for the past 8 years an this office has always been willing to help. Ms. Barb has gone out of he way to help us, an Mr. Zybczynski is a true Professional, both Barb and Greg are Polite an extremely Respectful.

I was seen but not treated.to the professionalism that I experience is horrible.come in with a broken foot wasn’t giving any direction to how to treat or even day to day things I can do with my injury wasn’t ask or told about any restrictions towards my job or daily routines.no pain medication prescribed
