I took my daughters phone bc she shattered it. They were so nice and her phone was fixed within an hour! Super fast and efficient I definitely recommend anyone to bring their phone there and the prices are good!

Placed an appoinent and traveled for 30 minutes to this location only to find out that the technician is out for the day. At least the person that I spoke to was friendly and still took a look at my phone.

Two people were behind the counter and one person was ahead of me. It took more than five minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence, and
that was only after I went up to the counter and waved at the employee.

After I paid for my screen repair, and they handed the phone back to me, they asked for the phone back to just run a short diagnostic. Then they said they need to factory reset the phone to which isaid no. They took the phone back and undid the repair. Absolutely horrible business model.

Wasted 6+ hours dealing with these crooks

I don't know where all the 5 star reviews are from, but everyone I interacted with in the store seemed to be having similar experiences.

These guys are awesome! Had an issue with my PC that another IT company said would be too ex pensive to fix and that I should just buy another ($1500) gaming computer. The staff at Court Street was able to fix my issue in a matter of minutes. AND the fix was so simple that they did NOT charge me.

They took good care of me with my warranty repair. Was very timely and even offered a loaner device to use. Also friendly staff.

My phone wasn’t charging and they did a quick cleaning of my charging port for free and fixed it like new. Very kind and helpful.

The guys there are great! They explain what they can and can't do and what your options are. They're clear, professional and will answer as many questions as you shoot their way. (I had many.) Definitely will go back again.

Usually, I do my own repairs, so coming to a store called "uBreakiFix" is kinda condescending to me. Nevertheless, I came. I have a laptop was faulty as it keeps turning off after a while, but I wasn't sure if it was the battery, a cord I forgot to put back during the battery replacement, a faulty power supply. So, I went to this store and less than 15 minutes, came out with a receipt in hopes that within 4 days, I'll have an answer. But I decided to call in 3 days, which they didn't mind. Turns out it was just dust clogging the fan. So, by Friday, I paid a small fee, and was relieved that I got back my computer in one piece, with all my data.

I had a great experience visiting Ubreakifix. To be honest I always thought that most of the repair places are not very honest and try to get money from you. This place really changed my mind. Martin was very patient and took his time to help met out. I saw him helping other customers and he was very honest with them too.
I needed help getting my water damaged airpod assessment and needed a letter to the insurance company.
He didn’t even charge me, and helped me just like other customers.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I made my appointment from NYC, received a follow up phone call from the store w/i an hour, drop my phone off when I arrived in FL and it was serviced w/i the quoted time frame and I was back in business. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Horrible place to go to when trying to fix your phone. They charge insane amounts of money like for example a samsung galaxy s20 fe costs around 479.99 dollars in b&H and these scavengers at 392 ubreakifix would charge 169 dollars with additional tax to be over 200 dollars and service fees! What a rip off store. The 2 obese hispanic guys don't know what they are saying or looking at all.

Everyone is terrific at U Break I Fix. The friendly staff members are skilled and quickly run the diagnostics and repair while you wait. I have never been disappointed.

Setting an appointment was easy on their site. Their time estimate was accurate. The fix to my cell phone was well done, and the staff was friendly.

Despicable place! Overpriced and staff doesn't care or understand me. Even the Asian boy standing outside warned me to not go in to such a expensive store and recommended other places

Horrible place! The staff overcharge and doesn't care. They don't seem to have knowledge of anything. Even that kid who stood outside the store that day said he knows well of many things but people inside are overcharging not well trained. Horrible store!

Very quick and easy phone was cracked and was done in 1 hour and reached out to me once it was done. Was a bit pricey due to fact my phone was a newer phone s21 ultra
