Drove an hour to get there with a confirmed appointment only to find out they didn't have the screen to fix my phone

I went to this store last month because my Samsung tablet wasn’t working (wouldn’t charge.) The guys at the Southgate location exceeded all expectations! They were incredible! So helpful, friendly, and they went above and beyond to get my tablet fixed quickly and as cost-efficient as possible. They even overnighted it for me so I had it back sooner than I expected. I can’t say enough about what a great experience I had at this location. Thanks so much, guys! You’re awesome!

Good workers.they looked my phone over and said motherboard.they sent me home with the information to get ahold of the warranty company through Samsung. DO NOT KNOW IF AFFORDABLE. They did me this for free.

My Samsung s9+ had a battery issue it would die after 30minutes at 30% battery so i took it there to fix it because phones are not cheap anymore they fixed for under $100 and a hour and a half later it was back in hand and almost fully charged. I would go back if i break anything without hesitation, they are friendly and got the job done on Christmas eve.

Austin and George M REALLY know what they are doing! They replaced my iPhone 4 screen that a kiosk in the mall messed up. Don’t go to kiosks in malls for screen repairs.these guys at ubreakifix know what they are doing AND use the correct parts your phone needs! Amazing job!

I brought a $800 Iphone in to get a new charger port, they made us wait two days to even be told anything and I had to call they lied and said they tried to get ahold of me but yet I received no call! They said the motherboard was broken and suggested they would recycle the phone for us the phone was not even a year old we got it back in April! So therefore this place refused to give us any compensation for the phone they broke because they claimed we broke it first… but I have texts and calls to prove the phone worked perfectly fine it just needed a new port. They said since it wasn’t on they couldn’t test it but how can a dead phone turn on?

I was impressed with the courtesy, professionalism, and service provided by Austin. Brought my husband's unrepairable S9+ in to do a data transfer to the new S9+. Another store told me it would take all day and I'd have to leave it. Austin assured me over the phone it shouldn't take that long and he would try to have it done while I did some other errands. How awesome.word kept! It was done in about 2 hours at a reasonable cost, and Austin was so helpful in explaining it all. Very happy hubby to have his new phone back with all his data on it. Will definitely bring other devices here when necessary and I highly recommend this store and it's team members for great service! Thanks!

They were helpful. Everything is on back order because of Covid and supply chain. So its either wait it out and they dont know when. Or pay 3 times as much for 3 party parts.

They 'lose' your items if your not careful they took my 3ds a limited edition Majoras mask and then said I abandoned it which I didn't I only used this service because I worked next door to it, should've know something was up when they kept pushing the pick up day now I lost my 3ds and my game

I had this iPad mini that was stuck on the apple logo loading screen and I did all the hacks and tricks on how to fix it on YouTube and it did NOT work. So I took it to these guys at uBreakiFix and they did a diagnostic’s test for free, had the iPad for 3 days and I was hoping that they fixed it and the guy said that there is only one problem with it and if it doesn’t work it is unrepairable. So he called me later and said it was like brand new and he fixed it. IT WAS A MIRACLE I PUT SO MUCH TIME AND EFFORT TRYING TO FIX THIS THING ON YOUTUBE AND NOTHING WORKED.except these guys. THEY ARE THE BEST PLACE FOR ANYTHING BROKEN. PS. WHEN THE IPAD FIRST BROKE I TOOK IT TO THE APPLE STORE AND THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE AND THEY COULDN’T DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. These guys were fantastic! Phone would only ever work with 1 charger they cleaned out my charging port and had me in and out in 10 minutes. I'll absolutely come back any time I have a problem and would recommend for anyone who needs repairs.

I went to the location at South Gate plaza in West Seneca, and I was unsure about how the experience would be going in there. I was MORE than pleasantly surprised with how personable Joe R (my tech) was. And as it turns out, he was able to fix my absolutely obliterated phone screen too! All of this saved me from having to buy a new phone. Instead of paying $500 for a new phone, I spent $80 on a repair and a made a new friend! Joe also got it done within an hour. I would 100% recommend to anyone with a broken screen or anything related.

I arrived at the store just prior to it opening. Jason, who is an associate at the West Seneca location had just arrived. He saw me pull the locked door, got out of his car and started to assist me right in the parking lot. Did not order any service from them but got fair estimates and a good idea on how much fixing an iPhone 11 screen is.

The charge port on my ancient iPhone wasn’t working. Austin tried the easiest fix which was a cleaning, and it worked. I was in and out in minutes, and Austin didn’t waste my time with needless diagnostics or expensive work. I will definitely come back when my phone needs significant repair.
