Always quick with fixing my broken screen, call beforehand to check if they have your phone screen in stock, if they do, the screen will be fixed in approximately 2 hours.

I had a really good experience. They are very polite, helpful and easy to talk to. And I will be definitely coming back if I have problems with any electronics etc.

Broke my Xbox. I brought it here got it back and it would not turn on. Customer service was terrible could not get in touch with them. Very rude. DO NOT BRING ANYTHING HERE. Should be called u break we also break.

Could not recommend this company enough. Dropped my phone and cracked. Verizon put me in touch with their best to repair it and it was taken care of within an hour. Highly recommend it.

Was referred from Verizon to fix my screen. On phone they told me 2.5hr. Get there and told they don't have the same color piece and will have to wait until the next day, call by 3 to get phone. Called just before 3, checked email all day, was told they tried to call me on the morning.on what phone? I left my home phone and email. They did not try to contact me. Had to wait another 2.5 hours for the phone to be repaired. No real explanation or communication of any sort. First time getting phone repaired, I'll be choosing another place if I ever need again.

Took the phone for a warranty screen repair. After the repair was completed they didn't want to release the device back to me, talking about Samsung didn't responded to their emails about the repair being completed and after 4 days they installed the broken screen back and told me that they no longer will be accepting these kind of repairs. Unacceptable & Unprofessional. Stay away!

Yup. Like others have said - awesome. I dropped my Samsung note 10+ and the screen broke. Not just the glass, but the LCD as well and only about 1.5" of screen worked. Prospects were bleak since this is a 4 y old phone.uBreakiFix comes in for the win! The guy was super friendly and knowledgeable. They had the part in stock. I gave em some money (reasonable) and 2 hours later they gave me back my phone as good as new. I've had it a few days and it's been no problems. Even has a new battery as part of the repair.

Drop off nintendo switch for repair, quoted price and they said 3 to 4 days to fix. No response after 5 days so called for status, said they need another few days. Day 10 - still haven't gotten to it but said should be done by the end of the day. Day 11 "repair started" - day 12 stopped by and they admitted they're backed up and they haven't started the repair. At that point I just took it from them and found another place to fix it, which took only 2 days to turn around.

Simple, did not like their service. Went to 3 of them. Merrick, Rockville Centre, and New Hyde Park. The one on Rockville center was a little better. Other two NOT.
