Meet up with Jimmy to float the West Delaware. Jimmy provided a great experience fishing the stream. As he explained in detail what we would expect during the float trip. Managed to land a nice box and brookie. Seen alot of targets, missed some. Overall a great experience on the river. If you are up in the Bringhamton area, give Jimmy a cal for a great fishing adventure. Plan on making another visit up to the area next year.

Me and my father fished with Jimmy on Feb. 17th, in not the greatest fishing conditions. With the water level being high and freezing and windy weather conditions. Jimmy is definitely experienced with fishing the Salmon River. He is very informative and knowledgeable when it comes to learning the ropes of the Salmon River. We ended the day hooking 5 fish and landing 2 of them.

Jimmy runs a great guide service, very friendly and informative. He put us on the fish and taught us so much about salmon river fishing. Jimmy coached my 11 yr old son through hooking up with is first king salmon on a fly rod and netted the fish perfectly!

Phenomenal service. I called almost every salmon fishing guide I could find around Pulaski New York. Jimmy was by far the most helpful and polite person I talked to all day. Many of the places I called were extremely rude and seemed like they didn’t want to waste their time talking to you. But Jimmy took the time to explain the drought situation and why it is difficult to take boats out at the moment, explained truthfully the conditions of wading and bank fishing and provided information about salmon river fishing, as this is my first time. I will never spend my money for another fishing guide. Uflyfish is the best.

Jimmy Z provides a great guided fishing trip. He's a regular down to earth guy with a wealth of knowledge on the river. Jimmy explains how and why you are doing things a certain way to create a learning experience as well, you'll leave with new knowledge. He takes pride in his work and is professional, at the same time he will toss in some jokes that will get a good laugh. His equipment is high quality and in the winter the heater on the boat is a nice touch.

I have been fishing with James during stealhead season for the past two years and will be back for many more! James' services & knowledge are second to none! Though he can't guarantee it, we have consistently produced fish while guides around us are left empty handed. Fishing with James Zervos was outstanding! He is very professional and he is a well rounded family man who takes the time to teach you the proper way to fish the Salmon River. He is "always" at your side guiding you and giving direction. Very respectful and on time. We definitely got what we paid for.

I've been out with Jimmy two years in a row on the Salmon River in Altmar, New York, and will be back in the years to come. Jimmy makes sure you have a rod in your hand and that you're having a good time. He's got good equipment (with a heater on his drift boat) and runs a first class operation.
