Usually always go here to buy uggs and was looking to buy my mom a pair of uggs slippers the staff was so rude and watching my every move made me uncomfortable. I left I refuse to give them my business uggs outlet you lost a very loyal customer

I Was told i could return and exchange shoes if I presented my card in which the purchase was made.

I showed up and the manager refused unless i had the receipt. Showed my card and bank statement showing the date & address of the locale. Still no help. Some merry Christmas.

Employees randomly closed the store to “clean” for an hour with a note on the door. Many customers confirming they were closed for way more than an hour. Employees told customers they will “open when they feel like it”. Have laughed and ridiculed the customers through the windows ignoring them. Rude, trashy employees

Nice staff, but not as great of deals as you would expect at an outlet mall. There are a handful of "steals" otherwise everything is priced similar to what you'd find in a mall or department store during their holiday sales.

Horrible the staff wanted to leave early so said every register wasn’t working. It’s 7: 50pm two days before Christmas. Bullshit… register isnt working but I wonder what the response would’ve been if I said I was doing curbside pick up. Lazy staff. I watched them turn several people away without giving the chance to offer cash. Lost ugg a lot of sales

I sent my husband to return a pair of Ugg slippers today and he was told by a “manager” name Nick that they weren’t taking returns today. I called the store and no answer so I called corporate and I was told that’s not in their policy, the same way you are able to buy from in there is the same way you can make a return “AT ANYTIME” I want!

I have been shopping at this store for years, but my experience on 11/05/2022 at 2pm (that was for you Mr. Manager) was absolutely horrible. My Wife sent me with a picture of a specific UGG slippers (Dakota) and I asked for help finding it. A large woman with med/long curly dark brown hair and glasses gave a cursory look around and stated to me that there were no Dakotas in stock. I called my Wife, and she asked me to get a pair as close as possible. So after I personally began looking through the 10-12 different slippers on display I noted three were Dakotas in three different colors. I was mildly annoyed by the incompetence, but the real annoyance came when I went to pay for the items I had picked out. I was met by a petite white male with short dark hair, 5'7", 130lbs, wire rim glasses, bad skin (once again for yor, Mr Manager). He clearly asked me if I wanted a bag with my purchase, and I clearly responded with "yeah, that would be great". I looked up at him after a long pause to a very hateful gaze. He asked me again if I wanted a bag with that, and I clearly repeated what I had said the first time. Realizing that I had in fact responded the first time he stated "I didn't ask you that the first time" when he clearly had. I guess he was made to feel a certain way when he mistakenly assumed I was ignoring him. I told him I heard what he said the first time, and he proceeds to get into an argument with me while I'm trying to contribute to his paycheck and leave. But rather than just be hospitable he became increasingly argumentative. Even if he was right, and I misheard him (which I didn't), that still doesn't excuse his childish response. Someone who gets hooked that easily has no business working in retail, at least not until he grows up a bit. Also, in case either of these gems mentioned above are Mr/Mrs. Manager (would not surprise me) I also lodged a complaint with UGGs Coorporate and also pointed their attention to the numerous other complaints of a similar nature from this UGGs location.

The customer service here is horrible. Young girls who had attitude and wanted to help no one. If you asked for the manager they said he wasn’t there but spoke to the assistant manager who was even worse than the girls with the attitude. I will never go back and take my business elsewhere!

Super racist and rude staff. Discrimination going on for sure.

We came to the store and the door is locked, a sign was posted on door saying max 10 customers. So we started waiting outside of the door for a few minutes and no one else is waiting. A few minutes later, a couple came and started waiting as well. Then a guy opened the door and asked the couple to come in and told us the line starts at where the couple stands, and asked us to wait again.

The problem is no one walked out the door while we are waiting, meaning there is never 10 customers in the store if they follow their protocol. And there is no sign anywhere showing where the line starts. Even the couple told the guy we came earlier and should go first while the guy insisted the couple go first and we need to wait.

My girlfriend told me the guy and another girl working there saw us already and started discussing whether to let us in or not? , both of them have eye contact with my girlfriend, but no one came to open the door. So she thought there were 10 customers in the store already.

So is the guy working at the store trying to discipline and punish the customer the way he wants to? To train his customers?

We are so upset about this behavior and feel like we are discriminated because we are Asian. I want to tell that guy don’t be such a racist. The manager, please watch your people and don’t loose your customer, the guy worked there around 3pm 9/25/22 is terrible.

This place is awesome the wife and I came to this location and bought four pair of boots and two sweaters the staff was awesome and extra friendly I recommend anyone looking to buy Uggs come to this location you will not be disappointed if this review helped please leave a like thank you I truly appreciate it

So I went to this location today with my family and the sale associate was so rude, they didn’t want to help in finding anything whenever ask them for a size or color they would look at u like u bothering them it’s my first time visiting the Uggs outlet and had to deal with such rude employees, simply be nice to people and have a smile they ain’t even ask for ur email or anything, the cashier name is Benjamin and he was with another guy

Store is small and pricey.not a large selection and never have your size in the back if not on the shelf.always sign up do that you can get your discounts with the coupons

When I made a purchase the clerk looked up my email address for my rewards. I asked her if my purchase could be link to my email and she said yes. 3 days later brought back for a refund and was told the cashier was new & made a mistake. My purchase was never sent to my rewards email. I showed the manager proof on my bank app that I indeed did make the purchase. He insisted that I couldn’t get a refund & that the girl who waited on me was new and gave me the wrong information. The manager was so rude! Will not be going back ever! I don’t want $130 store credit!

Good stuff for all the Seasons and at the most beautiful Price on shoes and Employee interaction and vary helpful and cool
