Staff was very informative through every step of my procedure. Nurses did a great job as well as doctor. Would highly recommend and would use again, when needed.

When I arrived on 4/9/2021 at 3: 00AM I was so ill with high fever, GI Covid and so scared. The Staff, Nurses, Aides and Doctors treated me with such
care and compassion. I am so grateful to all of you. Today on 9/7/21 is my first day back in the office. It has been an arduous journey and one I will never forgot. I truly believe I would not be here today if it weren't for BGH. You are Super Hero's!

Had a good experience Receptionist could have been more personable but I was first appointment a little after 7am. Patient care staff nurses and doctor were great very friendly and compassionate and concerned and answered all of my questions. Dr explained very well procedure findings and treatment.

DR.and staff were the best. DR is a real pro.tacks his time and does amazing work

The staff at the gastro ward was great and my Doctor, Dr. Marhaba was also wonderful. They get 5 stars.
The response time of the office is another story and they get 2 stars.
My complaint about my whole experience is his office/staff. I have had problems since my colonoscopy and before it with diarrhea and it is causing me huge problems. I called and spoke to Jennifer, Mckensey, Jane and Michelle in order to get help for my diarrhea which has not allowed me to leave my home since the procedure. I also wrote in their portal to Martha Langhorn who was the nurse practitioner I first saw when making this appointment. SHE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ME IN ANY WAY NOR HAS THE STAFF CALLED CONCERNING THIS ISSUE. I have lost around 11 pounds since this began and do not feel well but it seems that she doesn't care. I don't want to be upset with the staff as I believe they relay the message to her but believe that Martha just doesn't feel the need to respond but don't know why. I would use Dr. Marhaba again but have doubts about the way things are handled by the office and his nurses. SAk

Wonderful staff and there is rarely a wait. I’ve had both my kids’ labs drawn here and would recommend to everyone! I’ve taken my kids at various ages from just a few weeks old into the toddler range and as hard as it can be to have your tiny little infants blood drawn, this lab made it a smooth and calm experience.

Kelsey #28527 went out of her way to make me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and unsafe in this hospital because of the Trump shirt I was wearing. I understand that supporting a former president can cause social backlash but I feel this is extremely unprofessional behavior. Please avoid coming here at all costs.

I visited UHS Dental yesterday. Dr. Hatala is the best dentist that I have ever been treated by. I think that I am very fortunate to have access to the care that I receive there.

Purpose was for blood work. I had two scripts from two different doctors, each with different tests to be performed. Julie Barnes @ Windsor Family Care and Dr Kashou my cardiologist. The blood drawn on July 23rd, and on the same day results from Julie Barnes script were posted to MyChart. The results of Dr Kashou's has not been posted?

I had made a comment to the lab worker about having two scripts and there was few vials of blood drawn. My appointment is with Dr Kashou on August 5th, and no lab work for him.hummmm?

My experience was terrible today! Even though it has been at least a year since I last had X-Rays taken of my teeth, my hygienist refused to take any today. She also would not make my next appointment for me to have my teeth cleaned and checked over again.
So then I had to go out to the receptionist and try to make my next appointment. I am supposed to have my cleanings and checkups done every six months, yet she was presently booking out eight months. So my next appointment is not until eight months from now.
I've had several cavities in my front teeth for at least six months, yet they won't fill them. The receptionist just put me on a waiting list for that, and said she would call me whenever she had an opening.
I am very dissatisfied with this dental clinic, and plan on changing dentists as soon as possible!

Wilson is easiest to get to, but you can’t beat Binghamton General if you want to get in and out quickly, right down to finding a parking spot. Great staff. Highly recommend

I was in on July 14th at the GI lab to have an Upper GI and a Colonoscopy. The procedures were performed by Dr. Mark Schumeyko. It was one of the most organized and professional procedures that I have ever had. From the time I checked into the GI lab, everything went smoothly. I have had at least four of the same procedures done in the past by different doctors. They were not part of UHS. Dr. Schumeyko is absolutely excellent. The staff that assisted during these procedures was also excellent. They were friendly, professional and accommodating. Their demeanor helped to relax me. I am always very anxious in medical environments. I only wish I had known about Dr. Schumeyko sooner. After the procedures I received one of the most informative information packages that I have "ever" seen. There was no guessing regarding what was done and what can be expected. If you need an excellent gastroenterologist, this is the doctor to see. Thank you Dr. Schumeyko.

Hospital on the south side of Binghamton offers Mental Health emergency Services, laboratory for blood work and a lot of other services

Everyone at BGH is helpful and courteous. It feels very personal. Also efficient. My phlebotomist was warm and gracious.
