UHS Diabetes and Endocrinology Center, Binghamton NY

EDIT: I reached out to the number below and they took my complaint but I still never received my results or a reach out, nice try though UHS.
A literal nightmare. They’ve dropped the ball with me about 5 times now. I have so much patience and empathy but on the 4th call about the wrong results and a scoff from a nurse when asking to talk to the doctor were the final straws. Dr. Brathwaite seemed to care about my concerns until it came time to even reach out to me as the patient.

Horrible! Absolutely Horrible %. The level of care and attention was the worst.

When I first started at this office I really respected and liked Dr. Brathwaite. The staff there are very kind and respectful to speak with. However, I had a medical concern I wanted addressed and FOUR times was told nothing. I am a person and deserve to know why i wasnt being put on my medicine. Instead was told each time it will be discussed when i come. My appointment was a few weeks away. So I'm supposed be told nothing and worry? Very unprofessional and medical neglect. That is NOT okay! That is not how you treat someone.disgusted.

Christine did an excellent job at educating me on how to manage my diabetes. She introduced me to new foods, some of which I would try growing in my garden. I still have to go over all the information she given me, so I want to thank her for her expertise.
