7Nothing but a bunch of nasty snobs answering the phone there. I've no idea what I'm doing so I called for help and got a very snobby women who not only didn't offer to help me but hung up on me as well. I give a complete -10 thumbs down
A pleasure to transfer my car and DL from California to New York. So much can be done in advance online, saving lots of time. Had to visit the DMV 2 days in a row, and everyone was helpful and friendly.
There is no reason to be booking by appointment only! You inconvenience so many of Ulster County residents! The money you make off of us! I can't imagine what the elderly go through not being tech savvy! DESPICABLE!
I had used the mobile dmv, in new paltz on 6/15, and wallkill on 6/16. The staff could not be more helpful and polite. Thank you
This place is absolutely horrible! What a freaking joke. Do yourself a favor mail it to Albany or go to another DMV
The staff was pleasant and assisted me with my needs. This is one of the best DMV where the staff looks happy to be working.
I've been here twice in the last year - first to register my car in NY and the second time to transfer my license from out of state. Each time, I made an appointment online the day before and was in and out of the DMV within 20 minutes.
