Ulta Beauty, Queens NY

I walked into this ulta just to browse around and happened to walk past the benefit bar. I was blown away by how beautiful one of the customers eye brows looked who was being serviced. I waited and asked if there was anyway I could get my eyebrows waxed and Denea was kind enough to squeeze me in. She sanitized everything before we started and she was so nice and welcoming as a first time customer. My eye brows look beautiful and I would highly reccomend her to anyone!

Worst shipping experience ever I ordered my perfume and the give me something else when I receive it. And I called them and the same thing happened again instead my expensive perfume. I received some cleaning product. Horrible costumer service. Never ever ordering anything from them anymore

I went in spontaneously for makeup products and came out with the most incredible brow lamination/wax/tint by DENEA at the brow bar. Her customer service was on point! It was my first time getting a beauty service from ulta and she did not disappoint. She walked me through the entire process. Shes the sweetest. So happy with the results. Cant wait to come back. Thanks Denea! Xo

Clean inside with very little employee presence. Incredibly autonomous and great products and test stations

If y’all hit up the brow bar be sure to book with Denea. She’s literally the best and always finesses my brows!

The experience in this beauty store was ok I say ok because I didn't fine the decay lipstick I was looking for they discontinued it I was so like no but over all you may fine your needs check it out and enjoy. The service of the girls was epic I must say.

There beauty services for facials are very relaxing and educational, I loved how I was asked what my needs were and addressed

They sell used makeup, so they don’t follow Ulta policy. I picked up an online order, and as I was driving to work, I looked at the palette and saw it was visibly used! This was after the store associate looked in the bag to make sure everything was in there. I didn’t have time to go back then, so I chatted with customer service, and he began to put the blame on me, telling me I should have checked in the store. The sales associate checked (even tho it looked obviously used, and anyways Ulta says they don’t sell used makeup)

The staff was very friendly and nice as soon as we walked in the door. Felt very welcomed. I went there to cover a scar I have and I definitely love and appreciate that the associate told me she couldn't help me but knew someone who could and sent me to another location where I could be helped. I appreciate honesty instead of spending unnecessary money on something that probably wouldn't of worked. I will definitely be shopping here again.

While I was being checked out today, an employee was clocking out. While she was leaving, the manager (who was checking me out) called Her back to check her belongings infront of all the customers (I am guessing to see if anything was stolen?) How embarrassing for that employee. It seemed so deeming esp since said employee was Hispanic and manager was white. Is this a common practice at Ulta? I was so horrified for her. Do better Ulta.

Extremely uncomfortable experience today. Security guard followed me around my entire visit and was not even subtle about it. She followed me row by row and constantly smirked at me. I can't figure out if it is because I don't have a certain look, (I am brown), but I have been a diamond rewards member at Ulta for the past 4 years and after this experience, this year will be my last. I have never been treated this way in Sephora. And let me add, Target has security posted up throughout storewide, but you can't tell. I have never had a security followed me throughout a store like I did today. Not visiting this location ever again. I just wanted to add that all other associates were pleasant and welcoming but your security guard needs some sensitivity training.

I went to purchase a hair dryer and was pleased with the range in price selections. I chose a moderately priced item which is exactly what I wanted. Store was a little messy but, watching some customers I understand why. Many just look at an item and do not return to proper place. Customer associates very helpful and nice

People change and/or update the offers on this page especially, if you don't trust me you will hear about again. Your staff entirely is a no-go, your failure constitutes RETRAINING.
AND to Corporate, stop patronizing the consumer. It's so old hearing your same PATHETIC lines. We know exactly what's going on and until consumers experience the change, that is if we patronize it again, your word is USELESS.
