I was looking for cute hair clips to match a dress. I found a few, bought them all. I then returned the ones that did not match. The employees were helpful and friendly, store was clean and organized. Lots of nice makeup, nail supplies, hair stuff.

Katherine was so helpful re ramped my skin care for reference i have combo skin the exfoliant she recommended removed all my patches and dead skin. She perfectly matched me for the two face foundation which i love. Lasts 10+ hours. Im really happy with my results and her tips were great. Just stopped by this week to thank her for help.

The indian cashier working yesterday around 5pm is so rude and doesn’t even greet customers and just talks to her coworkers when i’m literally in front of her.she was laughing with her coworkers and talking then when i come up to the register, she goes “phone number? !? ” doesn’t even greet by saying hi or anything and just goes “phone number? ” like okay girl lose that ugly attitude and your ugly face

Worst customer service. The cashiers are not fully trained on all functions. They have two cashiers open, I’ve been waiting for over 10 minutes on line to use my gift card. I finally get there I swipe the card and it’s asking me to put in a PIN number. I tell her I don’t have one, and she says to put in the CV number in the back. Transaction cancelled, she asked the other cashiers and she says I have to call to activate the card. So I pulled to the side to make the dreaded call, after another 15 minutes I finally get someone on the phone. Only to be told that the card is already active. Then finally the second cashiers says, “when it asks you for a PIN number press the green button” why couldn’t she told me that to begin with before she went on to waste my time.

Loved my experience at Ulta, the employee that helped me was cgua, she recommended me the advanced snail 92 and after a month my skin has improved immensely. Thank you cgua, excellent customer service and very patient.

They have almost every product you might need. They also have a salon in the back of the store. This helps me stack up points. However, some of the aisles feel cramped.

I came here last week looking for a good highlighter and received amazing customer service from Cgua! She was so kind and recommended me the best products. She was a great help.

Two employees I spoke to didn’t know the answers to any of my makeup questions today. Then gave me a cotton pad with pure alcohol on it to wipe my eye with, instead of a makeup wipe or makeup remover. My eye is still burning

The customer service & hospitality is extremely lacking at this location. I walked in the store & there was two associates standing at the Benefits Cosmetics counter who didn’t even bother to look up from their conversation to greet me or ask me if I needed assistance. I tried to find the product I was looking for on my own but was unable to. When I asked if I could have some assistance finding my product instead of approaching me to help, the sales associate stayed behind the benefits counter & a pointed me down the aisle. Her tone seemed disinterested & it was clear she didn’t want to help me. I couldn’t find the product although it said online it was in stock at this location. The sales associate said if it’s not there, then we don’t have it. Not even bothering to check herself. Again, the customer service is lacking & I won’t be returning to the location. The Farmingdale location is much better.
