Angela was such a sweet lady I felt like we were two girlfriends shopping. She found me the most beautiful baby pink blush she was a joy to work with

Deanna was so nice. She helped me intently even when the store was busy and I walked out with beauty products I didn’t even know I needed. She made me feel so good I love it here!

I spend a lot of money with Ulta, and this one is closest to me for convenient factor and from now on I will drive out of the way to go to any other location because the people here are unprofessional and no help and very uneducated about products… I called ahead of time for a product and I was told they do not carry that line I walk in and found an entire aisle full of it. I asked for help multiple times while I was there, they were not busy at all and no one could help me

I’m a big ULTA customer, spend a lot and have a lot of points. I will never come back to this location. The store was pure chaos, lots of people working who were unhelpful. They let one woman completely dominate the cash register while a huge line formed, did not call for help and didn’t care that we had a bad experience. The cashier was also rude. I could not believe it being a very loyal ULTA customer. I will make sure to go out of my way to go to another location.

I bought, buy two get one free NYX lip glass online.they were sold out of one apparently. I go to pick up my order the store associate clearly didn’t understand what was going on & very unhelpful.the manger explained I could pick another gloss but for an ADDITIONAL PRICE! Are you all serious? I paid for what was advertised! She wasn’t accommodating at all and rude. I was supposed to leave with 3 not 2. I’ll be going to Sephora from here on out! They actually HONOR what’s advertised and are make up professionals! Save your time and money

Staff so amazing! Had some of what I wanted not all but I will be going back for other items I saw.

They have Mac. Its a perfectly organized makeup store with huge variety of everything you need. Its located inside the mall. You go in just to get one thing and ending up buying more after looking at everything they have

Got my brows beautifully done by Jenna! Must say that I was really happy with the results. She’s a expert at what she does and really cares about satisfying her clients. Overall, I had a nice experience with her so I will be coming back!

Great store they have everything in stock usually I don't wear make up that often so I got help from Keishlyan she was very helpful helping me with what shades of makeup fits my skin tone and how to apply the makeup she was very friendly and had knowledge of the makeup However when standing in the checkout line a white cashier ignored me then when a white lady came in the line she called her up another white lady that worked there got on another register she had an accent I kept standing there and looked at her she smiled and said she was waiting for her register then about 2 minutes later she called me up as she did to other women that were white and worked there were behind the register as well called her over even though they saw me standing there she kindly told them she was helping a customer I based my review solely on the worker Keishylan and her great customer service i was very pleased and happy until i got in the line I will most likely not refer anyone to this store or will be going back

I'm just hoping Laura Gellar products are back in Ulta's as I've seen it posted.

I had a set of cluster lashes put on yesterday. I was told they would last a few days. They did not even last 24 hours. They were crooked and not attached at the lash line. They began to lift and come off after just a few hours. I have been receiving cluster lashes for years at other places, and they generally last two weeks. She claimed that is because they use hair glue, but I have never allowed any lash tech to use hair glue on my eyes. I was an esthetic student myself at one time and I have had other students at continental beauty school do a better job tbh. The young woman was sweet and lovely so I did not have the heart to ask for my money back. But I definitely would not be back here to have my lashes done again.
