Honestly this is probably the worst Ulta I’ve ever been to. I live in Valley stream and I always go to the one in Levittown because this one is always messy, no one is willing to help and there’s barely any staff on the floor. The first 2 times I’ve been here have been so bad.the first time no one was able to help me and the second time i got turned away Bc of the “time” which didn’t make sense to me Bc I got there at 6: 35 (knowing they close at 7) and the security guard told me I wasn’t allowed in (&’ I was ofc wearing a mask before anyone asks). Def need New staff!

Recently a family member of mine has ordered from ulta website. It was supposed to be delivered on time but it was very late. They never got the item delivered after a month waiting. When customer service was contacted they were told they will get a refund or replacement and will be contacted soon. But never got that. Later when they spoke to CS department they were told they will not honor a refund or replacement and that they should find a complain with usps and there is nothing they can do besides saying if was delivered and left at door steps. It is the merchants duty to handle matters with customers. Customers should not be dealing with Upsp and what can usps do for the customer? Ulta is responsible because ulta was paid. All business directly help and aid their customers and not ship them off to carrier services. They have no compassion during hard times like corona where people are laid off and struggling with lives.

The store was well stocked, neat and clean. There weren't Enough representatives to help with consults and purchasing advice. The cashier was friendly. I will have to go back and try again.

First time being here and the workers are so rude when you don’t want to sign up. I walked in to buy a truly product.they were so rude as soon as I walked in, I got really rude looks from the workers for no reason

One of my favorite Ultas! Love this location. Everytime I come here it’s super clean, organized and a very calm atmosphere.

The people are not very friendly. Everytime I go it's always frustrating finding someone to help and they seem bothered when asked a question. Once or twice out of my 20 times, did I come across a friendly employee.

Not what I expected. I don't know what all the hype is about. There wasn't enough sales representative to assist the amount of customers that was there and the prices are ridiculous. There were no visible wipes to remove the makeup i tested

SUPER RUDE staff member. While looking at some items on one of the shelves, a female staff member LITERALLY stood infront of me and began organizing items as though I was invisible.

First time I've been here, and i had a good experience, i bought some stuff for my hair and i love the price was reasonable. Also bought some make up and clinique face cleaning package which by the way works beautifully. The staff was genuinely friendly. I will be back soon for some of those sales that are going on now.

Terrible customer service, most of the products were not in stock. The employees were incredibly rude, they were just standing there talking amongst each other giving attitude to the customers. Very unprofessional and did not have any product knowledge whatsoever.

Avoid this place.

This was my first and last time at this location. One of the reps there was very rude at time of closing. She displayed a completely unprofessional manner. I would not return to this store.

People working here are not willing to help you. I asked 3 people the same question until someone finally knew what I was talking about. If you dont know anything about makeup then you are working in the wrong store but dont look at me like I'm speaking a different language when I know that I'm asking for a popular palette that says it is in stock online at this store. Whoever is doing the hiring process is definitely not exploring their options. The ambiance in the store is not a good one.

I consider this place incredibly dirty. The testers always look like something I'd never want to touch, I've seen broken cosmetic mirrors on the floor, and I bought a product recently thinking it was fine, not opened, only to go home to see that it was used. Gahhh. I really can't even rationalize going here as a last resort. I rather wait to get products shipped to me from direct suppliers or from Sephora.

There's not a lot of help in the store and they make you clean the makeup you want to try on but the main negative aspect about the store is that it's very hard to find some help. There were only 3 ppl on the floor for so many customers

Workers were too busy stocking & doing store duties to even ask if I needed help. When I did finally catch someone & asked for a sample because I didn’t want to have to buy two products just to return one, they said they don’t do samples. I thought that was odd seeing how I’ve gotten samples from other Ultas before, so I’m assuming that they’re just too lazy to help their customers.

Not enough people to help customers there also needs to be at least one african American working there to help other African Americans match the cosmetics to their skin tone
