Came from out of town to purchase a car for my daughter's 17th birthday. They had a VW Beetle that she wanted. The car was very clean and in good condition, at a good price. Kimmie & Sal went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. Above and beyond what was expected. They even gave my daughter a gift & card. So nice!

Patricia and I were out looking at sheds and decided to look at Ultimate Auto. The instant that we met Sal and Kimmie we had a strong feeling of trust. We were correct, they are a clean and honest couple. The shed price (10' × 20') was the best around and I was able to inspect the exact shed that I was buying.

After a week of preparation, the shed was delivered to my home in Brockport. The delivery guy Aaron placed it to within an inch of where I wanted it.

I would have no reservations about doing business with Sal and Kimmie in the future.

I have purchased two (2) vehicles from Ultimate Auto. One last year and one just this week. I am amazed at how great Kim and Sal were with me. No drama, no sales mumble-jumble, just facts, truths, extra's and respect. They even remembered me from my first purchase and it was like we were great friends. They have gone above and beyond for me and did things that I wasn't even expecting considering I was buying a used vehicle. Paperwork was done fast, I didn't have to wait for anything. I have had NO problem with the vehicles I have purchased from them and feel great about them and their business and vehicles! They are fair, vehicles are fairly priced, and I highly recommend Kim and Sal and Ultimate Auto. I will be back in the future as my needs and my business needs change,
Thank you guys for another great experience!

The only reason this dealership gets 2 stars is because of the buying process.
After purchasing a Ford f-150 from this small dealership (a husband and wife) which was a pleasant experience, I had a check engine light come on within the first week for lean bank one and two.
I brought it in and they told me my oil cap was loose and reset the code. Within a week the light came back on with the same code.
This time they had it all day and told me "you must be using bad gas or running it too low. It was at a ¼ tank which meant there was still 5 gallons left in it. Obviously they didn't do anything more than clear the code, because I brought it to my regular shop and they scanned it and told me it's a p2006 code which means the Intake Manifold Runner Control Is Stuck Closed. Now I'm looking at $400.00 minimum to have this issue fixed, and I've only had it a month and a half and only put 1000 miles on it.
Its NOT a loose oil cap, its NOT bad gas, it IS however a mechanic that doesn't want to service a vehicle correctly.
Another issue was which I forgot to mention to them originally was a vibration com from the front end. I replaced the stock wheels with aftermarket wheels and tires and still had the same issue. I jacked up the front and could feel a side to side wiggle, which means bad tie rods. I personally replaced them. No More Vibrations.
I mentioned it to his wife and she said it was the aftermarket wheels which I had on a different truck, EVEN AFTER I told her I replaced the tie rod ends
As they say buyer beware.

Make sure you know your lemon laws in New York. These people sure do! I purchased a truck and 9 days later was dead. Multiple towing charges, rood phone conversations and even got threatened to be punched. Now I have an extra $1000 in charges on top the $9400 I gave them, apparently as a donation.not even 1 star for these people

If your looking for a reliable work vehicle or car, then you have to head out to ultimate auto and talk to sal or Kimmy. This will be my 3rd Chevy van, and yet to this day I still drive all 3 for my company. Buying used I wasn't sure how long they would last with the long haul off work I do but I'm very satisfied with the longevity they've provided. Sal walks you through what he has at the time and is ensured to have you leave with what is best for you. So go on our and give them a look you won't be disappointed

Sal and Kim or pull that make me feel bad about the future of our humanity there’s an old phrase used car salesman so don’t trust them will they give credence to that. I was going to specifics but pretty sure that says it all Stay far away from ultimate auto
