Did everything on time it’s two months later and still no orientation they are very unprofessional
This is the worst agency! They don't do one of the most important things necessary to run any business, let alone a service business and that is communicate. They consistently send replacement aids without letting the client know in advance and then they lie. They have the worst workflow. I don't understand how they are still in business!
Excellent service, they are very friendly and help us with everything, I recommend it.
Who gave them more than 1 star? WHO, they don't have the operational efficiency from the top to the bottom, and services are poor due to. They didn't call, no Aid showed up and left the family with a bed bound patient home all weekend from 12/30 - 1/4. When I finish with this agency, you all will sell you @$$ like you did your soul.
