Ultra Clean Car Wash and Detail Center, Ossining NY

They did a terrible job on my car - windows were streaked, it wasn't vacuumed at all. I paid for an extra service to clean and disinfectant all the hard surfaces and all they did was wipe over the dashboard quickly with a rag. Big waste of money. The only reason they're getting 2 stars instead of 1 is that found some money underneath the seat of the car and actually gave it back to me.

Dependable local car wash. Many options to choose from when caring for your ride. Big waiting area to observe the progress but almost always a short wait for a full service wash.

I can’t really give a positive or negative review since they weren’t open at 15 minutes past their posted opening time.

Dont know what happened they used to be the great. Then one day quality dropped and never returned. Used to take my car one a month for a inside and out detail now I wouldn't even get a wash.

Honestly, when I wash my car myself, my car comes out a lot cleaner than this place. Super expensive here and your car still comes out dirty. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

I got my car washed on 8/2/19 to my surprise my wipers for my 2018 Mercedes Benz were removed. However I didn't realize until later on that evening after the car washed had closed. I immediately went back with my husband to report it. I spoke with Buba he said to buy the wipers and bring back the receipt. I told him I did not want a car wash credit I would like to be reimbursed. After 3 attempts to get my money back and a call to Pepe on 8/22/19 he told me he could not call Kevin but if he came in he would give the message. I received a call from Buba same day to pick-up my money.

My Advice to all patrons is to check your vehicle before you leave to ensure you have all your parts in tact! Thank you Kevin for restoring my faith in Ultra Clean Car Wash.

They offer a full range of services to satisfy customers needs. Prices aren't cheap but the service is good.

Says they are open yet it's 2pm on Wednesday and nobody is here. Nobody picks up phone. What a joke. No signs. Nothing.

Got basic interior and exterior was. My car still had bird poop over the hood, dust over the steering wheel, milk stains on back doors (i have kids). They were not busy at all. Charged 30 dollars for nothing. How hard is it to swipe the dust and door with a damp towel. TERRIBLE.

Went to your car wash on Wednesday evening and I had nothing but the most disgusting customer service ever.especially the old man that was washing the car had a very poor personality he should not be working with the public didn’t even clean my car the correct way will never come to this place again for so much money and I get the crappiest service. If you don’t like your job and find something else but doesn’t mean for you to take it out on your customers lucky if you got any customers

It doesn’t matter if you get a diamond wash or a regular wash here. The attention your car gets is garbage. I’ve been going here for years like a fool but this is the last straw. The windows are never cleaned, there’s dirt all over my trunk still. There’s no armor all on anything and I supposedly paid for the platinum wash. I always spend more time finishing up at home than these clowns do. Screw this place and their management. I’m done.

I arrived at a busy time since everyone was cleaning their cars after a recent snowfall, and they were still very thorough with the interior cleaning. They also really saved me when my 7-year-old battery died and my car wouldn't start. They jumped me and refused to accept payment for it, and then they referred me to a company down the road where I could get my battery checked for free. I'm so grateful to them and will definitley return.

Nice staff, zero problems with the people.

I did the Interior Special with the Full Service Wash. The interior wash was ok. The Cloths they use to clean the windows left behind little fuzzies all over my dashboard. I can see past that.

What made me very unhappy was the half ass car wash. There are water spots all over the car. Hardly looks like it was even washed let alone dried off afterwards. I would not recommend bringing your car here unless you want a mediocre wash

They actually dented our brand new car by slamming another car door into it. I saw it happen myself, and then they tried to deny it. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Stay away.

Not even one star. My car is still filthy. Next time I know to do it myself then spend that kinda money on a 5 min car wash

Simply the best! Every car our family has owned or leased has been serviced at Ultra clean car wash, their professional and the job always has been done quick and perfect. I highly recommend them!

Car went through like an assembly line object in a factory rushing to meet the daily quota. Scuffs still on the inside doors, dead leaves in the already vacuumed interior, and bird remains on the outer doors. If this owner wants to continue charging 29 dollars for a car wash, he should make sure his employees are doing a thorough job.

Paid full price for the "diamond" wash. Tipped the guys up front and after. They didn't even vacuum the back seat! Left streaks all over my windshield. Just smeared console cleaner everywhere and left smudges and grease everywhere. Not to mention they used it on my leather seats! Over almost $50 with tips. They are GARBAGE!

Paid $40 to have my car washed and could not even get the little bit of crumbs from the kid eating in the car off the seats not worth the money
