Ultra Lanes Massapequa

Alright, this place has bugs, is trashed, service is meh they don’t fix lanes, pin resister knocks down pins, the speakers are broken this is all true and not fixed since 2023 of June DO NOT GO HERE
I promise u that wantagh, east meadow will give u a MUCH better experience!

This bowling place is an excellent place for adults and kids! Lots of activities for kids! They have exceptional customer service and are always available to help and answer questions.

We had a school field trip to Ultra Lanes Massapequa and had a great time! Our students had a blast, the bowling alley was clean, fun, and the staff was very sweet. We will definitely be back again next year for our end-of-the year field trip!

We had a great time! Bowling was a blast, the party room was spacious and clean, and the food was good! Would definitely go back!

After buying a Groupon deal and calling them ahead to make sure the deal would work, even giving them a time of arrival to be completely sure there would be no hiccups, they confirmed over the phone that yes, the deal will work and we were good to go.

We proceeded to drive well over an hour to get there just for them to tell us that we got there after the cut off time for the Groupon deals. We were pretty dejected and disappointed as that was the whole reason why we called ahead and were never informed there was a cut off time.

Based on the somewhat low review rating for this place, we fully expected to be turned back with them saying there's nothing they can do. That's where my 5 star review comes in.

These people went absolutely above and beyond what we expected. Gave us free shoe rentals, a free pitcher of our choice of drink, a bunch of arcade cards, and a bunch of buy one get one free bowling games. Not to mention we ordered some nuggets to eat while we bowled and they gave extra nuggets on our order. We did end up paying for our games which wasn't the intent as we had payed ahead already, but who cares. They exceeded our expectations for sure.

Not to mention the vibes on the lanes were awesome. Excellent music, good food and drinks, clean and lots of space to move around, disco bowling ambiance which is always my preference, and a big selection of bowling balls. Which in my experience, is not the case in most bowling alleys.

Because we got there after the Groupon cut off time, we didn't get to use the deal. So you better believe we're gonna be going back to them to claim it next time and many times after that. They definitely made a customer with us because of their great service.

Thank you to the lady behind the front desk (didn't get her name but she was super nice) and to Tony. I made sure I thanked yall in person but thanks again for what yall did.

My son had a lot of fun and the party organizer did a nice job leading the kids in freeze dance and Simon Says in between cake and the arcade!

Weird bump on foul line, games are extremely overpriced when compared against competitors. Place is cramped, loud, and overall understaffed. Not a fun bowling environment.

We had my daughter's 7th Birthday here and it was fantastic! Our party planner Marisa was so helpful and made sure everything was ready for the big day. Glow bowling was so much fun and having a separate room for eating is a great bonus. I added a face painter to our package and his work was AMAZING. My daughter and her friends had a blast! Definitely one of the best birthday parties we have done.

Great place for a kids birthday party! We have been there 2x in the past 4 months for birthday parties and will be having our Childs party there as well! Brenda is very accommodating and very professional helping setup our party. The kids glow in the dark bowl is great with the Music and TV Screens.

We had my son's birthday party here. The whole process was simple and there was great communication. All of the kids had a great time from bowling, pizza and cake, to playing in the arcade. The event was very organizer and flowed seamlessly. Thanks for a great party!

Great experience checking out Ultra Lanes Massapequa for my child’s birthday party! The staff was very friendly and took us around to see the private upstairs party room and the new arcade. We had fun bowling and enjoyed the ramp and bumpers and were comfortable on the lane-side couch (no hard chairs!). So excited to celebrate our upcoming party there!

We used Ultra Lanes for a work event and had a great experience. They were extremely flexible and accommodating with everything we needed, and our team had a great time. We would definitely use them again.

Very bad lanes, quite pricey for one person to go ($30 for 3 games with out shoes). Lane had a strange bump in the middle, so when I threw the ball it would almost bounce up and throw my ball off. Absolutely unacceptable.

I am giving Ultra lanes in Massapequa 5 Stars my boyfriend surprised me with a birthday bash! The night was amazing the staff and food was first class they all made my birthday one to remember! I would recommend to all my family and friends to have a celebration of a life time to go here! Thank all again Susan Denardo

Closed 15 minutes early and kicked us out without letting us finish our game when we had 2 frames left. Do not recommend and will not be returning.

Just called now and spoke to whatever you’d call the poor excuse for a human being that answered the phone. Man was disgustingly rude as soon as I brought up using a Groupon. Scoffed at me and said ha we have not honored Groupons since like 2020. I’d get your money back from Groupon was his snarky reply. Nice customer service and I didn’t even walk in. Avoid this place to avoid disappointment.

It was my sons birthday yesterday and this place was a last minute thing to do, but boy was it a good pick. My son loved it, it was his first time. We will definitely be back.
