Irish Pub Ulysses reviews
13 The oysters was good, the fries was fine
We ate the lamb and had a good time
Onion martini, tasted grand
Rum apple cider, was a bit bland.
If you like Spanish music it’s the bar for for your absolutely awful full
Of people
Asking for English absolutely awful and the dj ignored everyone
Disgusted by this place. They turn a blind eye to the antisocial behaviour of so-called “VIP clients”. That is, you can pay to have free reign to harass others. Avoiding this place at all costs in the future.
The food was mediocre, and the servers didn't seem thrilled about working there. It's also typically an overpriced establishment in NYC.
Great spot in NYC. They accommodated a large group on this instance. Staff was on point, they were friendly and helpful. Food was good and drinks were nice. Large selection of whatever you may want to drink.
Very nice place comfortable excellent atmosphere welcoming with good food and clean. Its clear this place is customer oriented.
Ad you set down they offer you a free cool glass of water. Rather than rush to bring you a pint of refreshing beer.
Fun Irish cocktail dive. The seasonal drinks are a nice touch. Not coming here for any kind of soup, (watery). You’re coming here for the fried delicacies and fun crowd. Seems to be a fidi work party hit.
Monday special was sweet. A huge lobster, potato and corn with a nice tall beer (Guiness but they also will replace with a different one)
Really cool vibe! Wings were good, and they serve food later than other places. Music mix was awesome, and you can tell they run a professional place. Bartender was a little standoffish, which is the reason for only 4 stars, but will be back. Great community bar.
Went for live music on Wednesday night and the band was fantastic- one of the best I've ever seen. Huge pub with tons of space and great service.
Ambiance: Irish pub brick and hardwood vibes. Bar and table seating avaliable. Perfect for post work drinks.
Service: Quick service. No waiting for table at 6 pm Monday night.
Food/drinks: Lamb curry-filling, flavorful, with a hint of spice. Fisher Island Oysters, medium sized, non briney, completed well with vinegar sauce. Fries-standard, good sized bar fries with vinegar mayo. Pearl gibson-an experience to be had if you like gin martinis. Rum apple cider-a bit lacking, could have used extra spice.
Price: $12 drinks, $24 entree, $11 fries. Worth the $$$ for a hearty meal.
Parking: Ha please, its NYC.
Go on a Thursday evening when it's at least a little warm. Close your eyes, you might open them in Paris
Best bar on Stone Street; and also the Best in New York city. Have been coming here almost every weekend since 2019, never get bored of it. 10/10 for Fun. Service 7/10 though.
