This company scammed about 400 people out of $500-$800 each after creating a slick sales webinar touting a supposed real estate leads program that ended up being a total fraud. When people were dissatisfied with the program after 6+ months of waiting for the creator and self-proclaimed "leads expert" Darren Johnson to deliver any semblance of a working program and all of his promises of what his program/his ReferZip website could do (which he never did), they hid behind their "14 day refund policy" and wouldn't refund anyone despite knowing full well that this program did absolutely nothing and was a complete mess. They quietly stopped promoting this and stopped all posts on the facebook page where we were supposed to be receiving support. Many of us now are filing complaints with the FTC because these guys don't want to accept any responsibility for this scam or their outrageous claims from their initial sales pitch.

Customer support gave me fast and quick resolution to a issue and went one step further in providing additional information that would benefit me.

I'm so impressed with Umbrella Micro Enterprises with the wealth of excellent products they offer to help businesses first overcome the economic devastations caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and go on to recover gaining more quality prospects and converting them into paying clients. Furthermore, their support staff especially Vanessa quickly and professionally comes up with via solutions to any type of problem while expressing genuine caring and patience. In summary, a very professional and high quality company.

I don't really write reviews since few companies deliver enough to merit praise, but Umbrella stood out.

I think it's important to work with people who share our values, and during the first webinar with Itamar, he made one clear, unflinching promise that resonated with me: If we ever had problems (with the service, tech, etc, anything) he said they'd never leave us out to dry. Within a two weeks of working with Umbrella, the unthinkable happened on my end of the partnership and this promise was put to the test. Re: help, I asked for an inch—to my surprise, Umbrella gave me a mile.

Special thanks to Tom E.from support who not only responded swiftly to concerns but also demonstrated how Umbrella values its members as people, not numbers on a spreadsheet. If you're looking for a partner that genuinely has your back, my vote's with Umbrella.

I placed a support ticket due to not being able to log in. Then I was unable to access the training on my iPhone due to a block up blocker which I didn’t even know I had. Anyway, Vanessa was very prompt and responsive, providing me with very clear instructions to solve my issue. Honestly, she’s provided me the best and fastest customer service support that I’ve had during this past yr! I’m not technically inclined and seem to be on a roll with tech issues and none have responded this quickly or clearly enough for me to understand how to move forward. Umbrella and their entire team, especially Tom E.from Umbrella Customer Care are super talented and very responsive in dealing with any assistance you might need. I'm happy to be involved with Umbrella.

I don’t know how or why, but they subscribed me to their own list under a false name and spammed my inbox with promotional materials for BS courses.

Companies like these are a dime a dozen. Promising “huge” 5-figure deals but from their own site you can see that’s lifetime value of a deal. I wouldn’t touch this with a 10 ft pole. We close our own deals just fine so I know we’ve never signed up for their list yet here I am with 4 emails just in the last 2 days all addressing a “Dan”

Clearly they’re either purchasing lists, or just adding random names to their lists. Either way that’s a violation of the Can-Spam act of 2003. Stay clear of any company or “agency” that employs such cheap tactics to try dupe customers into signing on with them.

The Support Team answer very promptly, even during the weekend.

They go "above and beyond " in assisting & answering questions.

I have always found Barry Plaskow and Itamar Shafir to have very high standards in all they do. I love their programmes. The training is well planned and very thorough.

They have integrity and are very kind and helful. I am very impressed with the whole team.
