I found out by reading the reviews below. My son also had a bad checkup for Dr. Zhang, Daniel today, and even the attitude towards the nurse who came in to help him was very rude. I hope to see him when he's in a good mood.

Overall I had a great experience, the staff was friendly and efficient getting me into a room to get a vaccine. MA Chou especially was so thoughtful and gentle taking my vitals, gave me hot water to help me feel more comfortable from shivering and was attentive assisting me while I was there. 10/10 definitely coming back.

Wow the receptionists decided to make fun of my swollen eye saying “it’s so bad” and also making comments “did somebody punch you in the eye? ” is that honestly I would prefer more respect and professionalism and like people say if you have nothing nice to say don’t say anything at all

This clinic is wonderful. Everytime I go in the service is quick and on point. I want to thank Dr. Zhang, Dr. Lee, and Jimmy for taking care of me.

My overall experience was not too bad, but I did catch some scenes of other patients' experiences while waiting which explains some negative reviews here. First of all, I believe his name is Dr. Zhang; he's very attentive and has great bedside manner. He was very thorough with my issues and questions. The staffs are not "rude", but their approach can be causing many misconceptions. I believe the management trained their staff well to do their job accurately, but forgot to train them how to approach patients properly. And yes, it was mostly the Korean staffs I found causing those issues. I see that they're not trying to be rude, but are lacking some necessary and sometimes required behaviors and attitudes in medical field assisting ill patients.

I ruptured my achilles tendon and came here, staff was very friendly. Made an appointment and saw Dr. Monk who was very informative and caring. He performed an Ultrasound and installed a splint for me. Great place, I will definitely come back to see Dr. Monk for any issues in the future.

I don’t really write reviews but I had to! My mom came here for her broken ankle and had the best experience thanks to dr’s assistant Susanna.

My mom is not fluent in English and she needed a translator, but I had to look for a parking while she was inside and was worried. But when I went in she didn’t need my help bc Susanna spoke both Korean and English so fluently. After the xrays, she offered her a wheelchair and even helped her picking up medications from the pharmacy next door while I was putting coins in a parking meter. My mom wanted to stay even after the procedure to talk with her. She was friendly, caring and attentive, I wish all healthcare professionals are like her! Front staff were nice as well and every procedure was fast and smooth.

10 stars to this place, I will definitely come back.

Multi lingual staff and signage! X-rays able to be given by the doctor right away! (With the current shortage of x-ray techs, this is a real advantage- calling around I could only find places on Long Island that could give x-rsys. The others had machines but no techs in that day. At UMD they send the x-ray to a radiologist for review, but we only needed to visit one location.)

The receptionist girl who works on Sunday the one who speaks Korean very rude. The one who speaks 사투리. 진짜 같다 기분너무 나쁘게 하게 왔네요.
This place really needs new management. I don't know how noone reports this place for unprofessional behaviors like this.

Every time I go and visit this urgent care, I’m always in and out of there within 20-30 minutes. The workers are always so kind and caring to their patients and speak fluent Korean as well. I recommend this place to be able to get an efficient consult or Covid test!

They’re a horrible service who scams people for money and their physicians don’t care about your well-being; only want to get your copay. Some of the staff SPECIFICALLY DR. DANIEL ZHANG does NOT KNOW WHAT HES DOING and always sends prescriptions incorrectly because he’s rushing to see another patient to collect their copay$$$. You’d rather wait to another day to go to another urgent care than to support them. SO RUDE. BE WARNED! Such a disgrace to the medical community.

Staffs r ok but Dr's don't know what they r doing Dr Brandon monk.ur real sick do not recommend this place don't know what they are doing. This place really needs a good management.

The front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Both staff did not acknowledge when I walked in and kept on watching a video on their phone. They were dismissive and barely responded to any questions. I used to have a great experience at this place but it has since hired new staff who are very rude.

Staff was really nice and friendly. I did a PCR test and got the results the next day at night. Which is the exact time frame I needed.

The front desk staff is extremely rude. I was turned away and denied medical attention. I feel discriminated against. Their only reasoning to turn me away was that it was 3 minutes past 8pm even though they are open until 9pm. Do not go here if you are looking for urgent care. Hopefully I don't have a serious illness.

Courteous and friendly staff, a lot of the patients are rude and super impatient. If you can tolerate ignorant Karens, it’s not a bad place to get quick labs done.
