The guys from Undercut Junk Removal were courteous, professional, and hard working. They did a great job with cleaning out my basement. Undercut is also the best price out there.

After getting estimates from several other companies, Undercut Junk Removal gave me the best estimate. They arrived on time and all the workers were polite and friendly. The worked SO hard and professionally. Even after I paid and the boss left, they finished the job and asked me if everything was done to my satisfaction and if there was anything else they should do. I will definitely use them again and refer them to everyone!

With only 48 hours notice, they came and they conquered.over 25 years of junk accumulated (really thrown) into a 2-car garage with loft area.
The guys worked like animals for 4 hours, and 2 truckloads later, the place was swept clean.

I’m in the beginning stages of packing to move and needed to get rid of furniture so I have more packing room. Andrew responded to my request immediately and set pick up for the next day. The guys were on time, quick and very professional. When I clear out the rest of my house, I will definitely be calling them.

UPDATE: When I originally hired Undercut, Drew the owner, told me he would email me a receipt when the job was done. On 2/16/2023 the job was done. But on 2/19/2023 I still had not received the receipt so I emailed Drew. I waited until 3/6/2023 but no response from Drew so I emailed him again to let him know I would not be using Undercut again nor referring them and that I would be updating my 5 star review. In addition, Drew quoted me $500 cash for the job before I hired him. When his guys were done they contacted him and were told it was $600. I said no it was $500. Then Drew said OK. Again they did an excellent job but Drew, the owner, is so unprofessional.

Today, 2/16/2023, we had Undercut Junk Removal come to do a cleanout for all the above services. Steven and Darnell were exceptional, pleasant, thorough and speedy. I highly recommend Undercut Junk Removal and will definitely use their services again. A+

LUKE & DARNELL! They were nothing short of amazingggggg. They were on time and extremely responsive! I so appreciated not having to wait around and postpone my day because that’s usually how things go. They were in and out in under 30 mins. Two of the most kind people I’ve ever met. It’s not always easy letting strangers into your home but they made me feel immediately comfortable while remaining professional, kind, and pretty damn funny! I highly recommend these two - the prices are fair but with service from them I honestly wouldn’t have minded either way. I will absolutely be using Luke and Darnell for all my future junk removal!
