The best boxing gym! The coaches are very pleasant and cheerful, they will find an approach to each child, they will help with everything and support, if necessary. Fun and varied training: group, private, morning, on the beach, for all ages. A good hall with everything you need, a ring, dumbbells, bags and a barbell. Unreal atmosphere and discipline. Enrolling in this gym was my best decision.

My three kids have been training in this boxing gym from 2016. During this time they earned champion titles in different boxing tournaments. I myself have been involved in boxing and I can assure you that coaches Ilya and Natasha are among the best. Coach Ilya is strict, but polite and a true professional. The best coaches Iliya and Natalia. If you want to loose weight and become stronger it’s the right place to choose. It’s very intense and non stop 1.5hour workout. The coaches care about the results. I highly recommend this gym for both adults and children.

My 8.5 year old son has been coming here for a month. We live in Long Island and are in Brooklyn only for the summer. We called several boxing gyms prior to signing up here. I felt the costumer service, approach, and rates were far better here then in other places near by. (Plus easy parking, big bonus for us) At first we thought of only coming two or three times per week. However, my son liked the classes so much that we started going all six days. So much so that when he misbehaves he is ok if I take away his iPad but not the boxing classes. He loves the instruction. It’s serious, and yet Natalia and Ilya (the trainers) find an individualized approach to all of the kids. He just had his first few mock sparring sessions and loved it. His confidence is up and we are looking forward to seeing him develop further. I would highly recommend this gym to parents of young kids for helping build confidence, ability, and overall growth for their kids.

Me and my friend have been going to semi privates with Natalia for a couple months now. Natalia makes sure we improve every session and helps us a lot. Her times are really flexible and convenient for me and my friend. Needless to say, we have both improved in the last couple of months dramatically and we look forward to train with Natalia consistently for the next couple of years! Best boxing gym out there

Great gym and great coaches! I want additionally mention the personal lessons with a trainer, it's amazing and extremely effective by me.
Prices for classes are very affordable and seem to be convenient for most of the people.
And btw, I had a huge progress in boxing by starting training personally with the coaches in that gym. It's an honor to be able to train with coaches like Ilya and Natalia, who train boxing stars like Constantin Bejenaru.
