Bad service. Was told I would be charged way less than the original price because a large part of the service I requested couldn’t be done but was charged close to the full price, so I was upcharged.

This place is absolutely lovely. The aesthetic and just the comfort you feel when you walk in. The staff is super nice and so are the waxers. I personally had lovepreet and she was nice and I can say this was the least painful wax I’ve had compared to other places. Prices aren’t bad either. Definitely come here.

I’ve been coming here for about a year and the service is stellar without a fail. Very accommodating staff who are forgiving when it comes to slight delays and always try to facilitate walk-ins. All waxers are professional, so I’m happy to have my service be performed by whoever is available.

I just had the less painful Brazilian wax ever. Everything is spotless, great attention to detail and high quality wax and post-waxing products. Highly recommended!

Did a half leg wax. Wax was scalding hot, I had to ask twice before the beautician decided to go get a lower temperature batch. She seemed annoyed by my request. She did a poor job, left hairs all over the place, and bits of wax all over my legs! I have never had a worse experience.
