JUST AN UPDATE, THEY ACTUALLY SUED ME AND I DONT KNOW IF ILL NE ABLE TO CONTINUE KEEPING MY DOORS OPEN OVER THIS. THANKS ALOT UNIFIRST. I chose Unifirst after a couple years into my repair shop. I was promised the highest level of quality and boy was that far from the truth. Missing uniforms, repairs to uniforms that were never made even though I have the garment protection program! Never the right amount of rags, missing floor mats, constantly trying to hide hidden fees and change the price. And now after getting so fed up and canceling my service, they are suing me for 13k which will destroy my local 7 employee business and hurt my family. I would understand if the lost some huge account with a multi million dollar business. But to come after a small local business is just disgusting. Do yourself a favor if you are a small business, stay as far away from this corporate money mill and go with someone local who has a heart and can take ownership of poor service and just walk away.hopefully I will have a business to dress in uniform after they take all I have in my business account. Welcome to the new world of corporate take overs as they purchase all of the local uniform company’s.
