UNIQLO 5th Avenue, New York NY

I love Uniqlo and I don’t want to criticize the recent price hikes either. I just can’t stand this particular „flagship store“. The layout is extremely confusing, it feels very suffocating inside, the lines at the registers take forever and it’s always awfully hot regardless of summer or winter time. No A/C seems to be working and it’s just a super uncomfortable shopping experience all together. Please give this store a makeover!

Japanese fashion. When I went, it wasnt busy. Selection was enormous. Great place to shop if you have a slender build.

I discovered UNIQLO there! I love how gigantic it is! I bought a very nice coat in a very subtle color that I have never seen elsewhere! ‍️ Everything is so impressive and the customer service is cheerful!

I usually come here for everyday pieces like t-shirt, underwear, and base layers. Prices are great, especially when they’re on sale. However, when I stopped by late May, the fitting rooms were all closed for covid purpose. I couldn’t be bothered to try on new pieces. You should also read the return policy before making any purchases, especially if you can’t try it on at the store.

This location was great and big. They also had so many great deals. Will definitely visit again when in NY.

Note their return policy: items can only be returned to the store at which they were purchased; if you cannot get back to that store, you can ship it there by covering the cost. I am unaware of other major retailers who do this and am quite disappointed. It’s unbecoming of a company which seeks to provide the best experience when it comes to fast fashion.

Worst customer service ever. The store manager wasn't able to say anything else than "this is the returning policy". This looks more like non-responsibility from a manager. When you see a costumer in difficulty you should help and find a way to resolve the issues. I'll never buy there again. Never ever.

Cannot express how much i LOATHE the layout of this Uniqlo. It's an absolute nightmare and it's exhausting. I get that some NYC spaces are very difficult, but they never should've opened a retail clothing store in a space that's layed out like this. Even worse is how they decided to arrange the clothing. It's a maze that doesn't make any sense whatsoever. I avoid this one at all costs, just thinking about it makes me shudder.

A sales representative Sheneque A noticed my handicap and searched the store for a chair for me
to sit in. She found what I was looking for and was
compassionate and charming. What a pleasure
to have someone who really cared help me out. It
was genuine and so much appreciated.

Hot, busy, and the restrooms are closed. Really? The restrooms are closed when you have a 2 floor huge shopping area with tons of people that are milling about but one cannot use the bathroom? Absurd is what that is especially for a store on 5th Avenue. No point going unless one has absolutely nothing to do and likes to wander around in an airless area.

For the ones folks and not using a Uniqlo in our states this is a dream go to.all the pleasant selling classics are here on this ginormous store. I didn't recognize what to do or in which to start. Get everything! My favourites the tees and the boa fleece full zips are wonderful each time of the year.a 10!

The best Uniqlo store so far. Huge selection of everything you might need. Plenty of space. Working air conditioning. Lots of measures taken in term of COVID. Helpful stuff. Disinfected shopping bags. I wish dressing rooms were opened

Great atmosphere and very clean store you can tell a lot of architecture details went into this property the products are also very nice great clothing for every season

Never, ever had a bad experience at Uniqlo.
Who ever is hiring is doing an amazing job.
I asked an employee (who by the way was stocking the floor with shirts) where can I find
black, white, grey & blue T's in different sizes & was jus expecting directions but he stopped what he was doing & got them all for me with the quickness. If I would've looked myself I would've been there for ever. They have a plethora of colors & sizes. The way he assisted & asked if there is anything else I can assist you with? I should've asked for a chocolate shake & fries! Great staff & quality clothing keeps me happy and a returning customer.

34th shut down so now this is the only store I can go to for new items rather then waiting for the smaller locations to get stuff
