Wonderful shop! Olga provided the almost-extinct personal touch missing from today’s chain stores. She was able to replace a broken stem (actually, she found a matching pair!) and charged me a very reasonable price. Two opticians in the Westchester/ Bronx area told me I’d have to purchase a new $350 frame. This is now my permanent go-to eyeglass destination. It’s a sweet reminder of a bygone era.

Viktor is a holdover from a previous era. He cuts his own lenses, knows vintage frames, and has reasonable prices. I've been having lenses made by him for ten years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

First of all! They make glasses overnight! That’s the fastest turnaround time I’ve seen in my personal experience.
They have great selection of vintage and modern frames.
Eye exam is every Thursday and currently is only $50 (they take insurance too)
I ordered 3 pair of glasses - 2 frames were mine and I needed the lenses only, and 1 frame I purchased from them.
The shop itself is very cute and the staff is very welcoming.
I highly recommend!
