Wonderful clean clinc very nice doctors and nurses I would recommend people to go there and get the help you need for your pains

Came in to deal with excruciating neck pain - very inconvenient to deal with. After a few sessions, I’m feeling MUCH better and I’m able to do pretty much everything I was able to do before!

The procedure that they did on my husband was astounding. He went from Morphine to No meds in 15 minutes. No one at Sloan Kettering does anything like this. Wonderful staff. Do not listen to anyone who says the fractures in your spine are not causing your pain. They are the cause of your pain and this doctor uses simple compounds as are used in your teeth to close the fracture. In minutes.

Absolutely fantastic clinic. The doctors are beyond wonderful. I found through Zocdoc and would suggest them for anyone with chronic pain. They are not about the drugs to treat but rather non medical treatments first.

Dr. Mann is wonderfull. I have been in pain for 3 years. He took the time to listen to my problem. I can't believe that I received a shot and my legs aren't hurting. He is concerned about your problem explains everything clearly. I am so thrilled I found him.

Unique Pain Medicine is a complete lifesaver.i drive 2.5 hours from connecticut for epidurals. They never fail to disappoint. All the doctors make you feel extremely comfortable and now i can actually go to work pain free.

What a true gem this place is! Dr. Mogilevsky and her team of doctors & staff are smart, patient, caring, and funny. They truly listen to all concerns and explain pain and pain treatments. Their goal is to find the root of the pain and treat it accordingly. I am so lucky to have found them, I feel like myself again.

It’s my fourth time here and it’s been a pleasurable experience each time! Not only have the treatments been helping me with my severely painful migraine headaches, but the staff including Dr. Etelzon, who is very patient and compassionate, and the anesthesiologist and assistants who would check up on me are hospital and friendly. (They also offer snacks and drinks as you rest up after your treatment ️) I’m thankful I found this place!

I had to write a review for this place. I hurt my back on Tuesday morning, worse pain. I was trying to get an an appt closer to my home but nobody was available then I decided to try the city. I found this place and they saw me on the same day. If it wasn’t for this doctor I would not feel better today. I saw Dr. Iannicello. He was kind, great bedside manner and explain what happen to me in detail and offer me choices how to treat my pain. I also met another doctor who was also very nice. I got a cortisone shot because the pain was too much. I started to feel better the next day. Now it’s Thursday and I feel 100% percent. I’m so glad I found this place. I am definitely going to do some of the exercises suggested in the paperwork he gave me to strengthen my core and back. I don’t ever want to experience pain like this again. Highly recommended them!

I’ve always returned to this clinic because they are the best. The doctors are very knowledgable, and always explain your options so you can agree a treatment plan together. I’m always seen on time, but it never feels rushed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend.

Phenomenal clinic. Dr Steven Mann is simply amazing. I am a senior Physical Therapist and required assessment of my low back. Dr Mann is highly knowledgeable, professional, courteous, timely, and most importantly treats you like he really cares. I will be recommending his services to my family, friends and my patients. Also a short walk from the 7 train grand central station.

As a 50 year old Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt I have many chronic injuries. Dr. I is an amazing healer who takes a conservative approach to get his patients back to their activities as quickly as possible. I'd give it 7 stars if I could.

I’ve been undergoing treatment here for my neck pain for the past month or so. The staff here is so lovely and accommodating, I genuinely feel taken care of and like my health is a priority. Also I’m terrified of needles and the anesthesiologist Dr. K goes out of his way to make me feel comfortable- I really appreciate it!

What a great location. The doctors are amazing. I came in with pain between L4-L5 due to a bulging disc from a dead lift Injury and the doctor really listened to my issue and fixed it in a jiffy! Gave me two epidurals and now I have no pain!

I'm thrilled to have made a connection with this pain mgt office. I have debilitating intermittent sciatica. While my pain can end as randomly as it starts, I needed to get on board with a group of pain mgt doctors for my next "attack" which may or may not come due to expert physical therapy, epidural, mri interpretation.
While I obviously hope my sciatica doesn't return, I know if it does, UPM has my back, literally!

Some of the best Doctors I’ve had in a long time. Super friendly staff really funny as well, easy to talk too. They answer all your questions. I can finally have my life again thank you. I would highly recommend their office to anyone

In a short few words, the practice provides a sense of calm while your in pain and then treats what ailes you. I could point out the positives of each person you encounter but in all honesty the group is fantastic.
