UA and Heather have been great to work with. I now have a lift in my van to load and unload my scooter. It's an absolute game changer. Possibly life changer.

I have been dealing with Jeff, Heathers' father and owner of the business, for over 20 years. I couldn't be more satisfied with the way both Heather and Jeff have treated me. Always there to help and/or make personal modifications if needed.

Heather was so helpful during an incredibly difficult process. United Access got the job done for us in securing our Braunability Chevy Traverse for our non-mobile child.

I've been wheelchair bound since July of 2019 due to an MVA; and have dealt with United Access and Heather since about January of 2020. I am on my second vehicle.

I wholeheartedly recommend them, as they have been professional in every aspect of my dealing with them. After my case got settled and I was ready to upgrade my vehicle to one with more "bells and whistles" they were very helpful with that as well. Heather took the time with my wife and daughter to have them test drive several. We eventually settled on a Chevy Traverse (a relatively new model). It has turned out to be a great choice. United Access also installed the hand controls for me and they were helpful in my getting my driver's license updated.

I'm giving them 5 stars and recommend them to everyone.

Don and Heather from United Access went out of their way to help our students find flexible transportation on very short notice. The van was set up to accommodate our needs and ready to go when we picked it up. It all went without a hitch! That is truly great customer service.

I have been working and purchasing wheelchair vans with Heather and Jeff for over 30 years! Each time I'm treated like family and they understand the modifications I need. Whenever I need repairs or a new vehicle, I return to Heather. She understands our community, resources, and unique needs. It's been a pleasure to work with them and to maintain my independence! They also have the largest inventory of used modified vans!

Heather and team are so accommodating when renting the van for my handicap father. She is willing to work within your schedule and finds the best possible van for your needs. She’s great! Highly recommend.
